How do you use stepper machine?
Is it a comfortable equipment for you?
What exercises do you do on stepper machine?

this is the only equipment i use

I have never used a simulator like this before and I can say that I am very surprised by so many positive reviews because it looks like this simulator seems very weak and ineffective. What models can you advise me as a beginner? I found a couple of great options at https://www.workoutmachines.co.uk/st...epper-machine/ and the reviews on these models are very cool, but I'd love to hear your opinion because I'm not at all I understand. Do you think I should even spend money on this simulator? I would really like to hear your opinion
