I need a pendant switch for inspection of an elevator and crane on a construction site, how to choose?

At the construction site of a new high-rise complex we used conventional elevators without the ability to fine-tune the height, and in construction this is probably the most important thing, and I, as the leader of our team decided to fix it and ordered a special control pendant switch, a very cool gadget, easy to use and reliable than a Swiss watch
