Together with Neno, Sistersister, Jimmymack, Vicky2003 and myself (YB), we have grouped together to form what is now called as:

The Compassionate Aid Relief Extension Group

We are currently working on the scripts and preparing the accounts and behind the screens, approaching selected members who are and may want to participate in supporting the success and fundamental role the CARE Group will serve in helping out our RC members while at the same time, funds received from members as donation and/or investments, are managed into investments to achieve ROI which in turn, sustain the operation of CARE as well as continue aiding members that are genuinely needing assistance for a better position and for those that could get just that little bit of extra cash enabling them to participate in programs when they normally could not for lack of funds resulting from being scammed elsewhere.

CARE Group is to assist and is assisted both by donations and investments from members.

Already, we are getting clear written support from members willing to become donors and potential Investors who can now be re-assured about their purpose to invest with CARE serving two financial challenges, in helping CARE Group meet its goals. Goals to help fellow RC members and the Investors are repaid back for their funds in the form of dividends we shall earn, vested with reliable programs and future markets with periodic payouts as shares based on percentage.

The scripts now currently being drafted and prepared for approval by one of our 6-man Team, will also include criteria that are caring and conclusive and remains to be upheld with consideration & discipline so others waiting in line will also qualify for the same financial aid. With the mandate we plan to implement, it will add further assurance for serious Investors about our Management to succeed the goals we set out to accomplish.

I wish and hope, on behalf of the ROLClub CARE Group, that we can also count on you to lend support in whatever capacity you may want to show or provide, to help us help our less fortunate members among us who may have severely been scammed by programs and could barely gather extra funds for a more promising program . Three EGold accounts are created to help circumvent the hacking threat and a PayPal account is also added for convenience purposes albeit payments or E-currency exchanges and purchases from our online CARE Shop. PayPal will NOT be used for receiving funds as Investments or payouts for ROI. As an alternative option for Payouts, it can be done through a CitiBank Account. All fees and/or charges are extra. If you wish to reduce & save on these small costs, we will be continue the use of the EBullion for your convenience.

Our ROLClub CARE Group account is growing!!! We have donors willing to commit monthly donations too. We ourselves have chipped in, OF COURSE we did, we have to to get it earning so it can afford to cover, for a start...but not immediately either to make hand out aids to those seeking help. Not just yet.

We welcome Investors to consider our goals, and if you are comfortable and convinced that what we set out to endeavour is the right thing to do for us all, we humbly ask you to join us showing your support albeit as a Donor or as an Investor.

This is to inform you that we are working on the set up as well as moving forward rather than sit back and wait with red tape procrastination or delays for time & tide waits for no man...

We want to help ASAP but we need to start quickly too so the delay will be shortened. Here are the reasons to warrant the necessary steps and to help some with the perspective in understanding our position despite the unavailable or incomplete written structure on the ROLClub CARE Group set up that is currently being worked out but we will release it when ready & available for Forum members to read so you can be confident and for those that prefer to wait, we shall be patient too for their reserved support.


Firstly, ROLClub CARE Group is a privately set up group with an open goal specifically, for a start, with the aim to assist RC members to a certain degree, with a minimal financial aid to get them through like other members could do easily when an opportunity arises for participation in a program to make at least some income.

As such, we are not obligated nor committed to indulge with demands or conditions to meet or compromise with anyone out there seeking more information than what is currently made available on the Forum thread.
This said, we are still in the process of drafting up the script to determine the Misssion, the Applications and the Criteria for qualification by those seeking financial Aid.

At this juncture, what is disclosed as announced on the thread is ample in CARE Group's view, to set us forth in having it running, however limited it is at the moment, so as not to further delay the goal of the Mission, which is also rewritten several times to create and deliver a clear message.

So please bear with us, the Group partner responsible for this task is also very keen to deliver her commitment despite some domestic & personal drawbacks that came to confront her several hours ago. This delay is something that we can live with and understands the reason leading to her situation.

In the meanwhile, try to understand the core aim as is mentioned in the Forum.

If you so choose to be a Donor, you may do so with a minimum of $1 and as often as you wish. If you wish to become a Honorary Donor, we are setting this privilege position to be met with a minimum of $100 with no strings attached.

ROLClub CARE Group shall in turn, in the coming future when the level of the Reserve Funds are reflecting stability and the activities proving constant aid is provided with success and continuity, can we expect several forms of perks or thanks in kind to be awarded to the acknowledged list of Honorary Donors. It is too early to even speculate or focus this development at this stage which I trust you will agree easily without doubt, is too premature and insignificant an event to dwell on it should any of you begin to wonder :

what can I get in return for donating?

If you so choose to be a keen supporter as well but as an Investor, your amount at any one given gesture made over to the CARE Group account, would be limited to a $1000. This amount would be invested in future markets or current programs together with many others that we receive in this same way whatever the sums are that ranges between $25 to $1000 maximum.

We are working on the percentage payout as your dividend... and with that in mind, it may be once every 3 months, this is still uncertain. We may also have another alternative, which is much more interesting both for YOU as an Investor cum supporter, but more so too for RC CARE Group. I won't reveal it at this moment as a Group concensus has to take place in deciding on this.

If you so choose to show your support with more than the maximum stipulated at $1000, it would also be welcomed but as an outright donation placing you among the Honorary Donors List.

For those that can only afford lesser to the $100 minimum limit, be rest assured, you are not forgotten either, I personally would like to see you awarded in some way as our gratitude for your support however minimal it is...

If you so choose to donate with the insistance that you wish to do it and the sum is to be considered as an Investment, we have an arrangement drafted up to meet this option too.


Those that wish to be specific Donors only from those Donor-Investors and the last category being Investors only, we have a statement being drafted to protect ROLClub CARE Group from future disputes and conflicts between these three categories of supporters.

Personally, I view the first two categories, Donors Only and Donor-Investor as being a great source of support and it also poses a genuine form of stable credibility provided by either option through their distinct sum offered to accomplish the goals RC CARE Group embarks upon, remain successful and to be around as long as possible to serve all involved, both the needy, the Investors and the moral gift clearly granted by the Donors as their generosity towards fellow RC members.

We are not obliged to meet demands from any individual or outcries from all corners by people wanting to see EVERYTHING first & foremost laid out in Terms & Conditions before they decide to become a Donor or Donor-Investor or just plain sailing as an Investor only or simply as a bystander fully armed with a mega mouth voicing here on the Forum delivering expletives and criticisms when they are completely, a waste of time for themselves as to RC CARE Group's ongoing pursuit to fulfill the goals we set up for.

The scripts are being worked on and when ready, it will reveal clearly & understood by all members, concerning our intiatives, as well as the desire to have genuine support shown by and for EVERYONE that has some capacity to lend theirs and see the success stemming out of the CARE Group efforts.


In conclusion, please view RC CARE Group's position as one being private and only setting up as an initiative to help fellow members where possible and practically feasible within the financial means when accessible & permitted but at the same time, taking an unprecedented opportunity to manifest this to become a ROLClub pillar where members can lean on when in times experiencing major financial setback esp. being unable to participate with programs for sheer lack of funds.

A short update to inform you of the progress so far with the Scripts drafted.

It is an excellent and clearly drafted set of scripts applied to the main areas involving Applicants, Donors, Donor-Investors and Investors Only.

Discussion and agreement to the drafts is ongoing within the Group and when that is completed, we shall make it available in a separate thread linked to this for viewing and allowing supporters the opportunity to decide which is ideally suited for each individual to select in supporting or becoming an applicant for care by ROLCLub CARE Group to assist.

As you all have by now knew, from the copy of the PM I PM'd to the group and selected members too, with the hope that they can someday soon join us "caring" other fellow RC members with their donation or investment through donation or simply as an Investor, contact us & we will take it from there....

For those keeping track of RC CARE Group's progress, I am pleased to add a new confirmation I received an hour ago of the latest support given and shown with determination to support CARE Group & her goals, we have literally received another sum from a fellow RC member with $150 in EBullion.

We have for ourselves a modest sum funding the Foundation Fund...but there is a whole LOT more needed B4 we can start helping & saving those in dire needs.

There will be more info and upgrade to our development....so hang on, don't leave but stay tune and keep an eye on this thread....


Better still, why not lend your support and opt anyone of the choices we have: As a Donor only, or as a Donor-Investor or just an Investor?

I contacted RC Forum Designer to create a befitting Banner to be launched in the Forum. I hope to release it soon after the weekend.

Update:

I have added the EGold account as well as the CitiGroup Bank account that will handle and manage Euro $$$s.

The EGold is simply to facilitate those that are not having EBullion. We want to make it flexible and easier for everyone however, with the reliability and security level being an issue to many, EBullion was decided as the main E-currency we shall apply as the payout currency platform as well as an alternative choice, the next option is now available with real cash and in the Euro Currency. Charges & conversion fees may apply where required for these transfer and exchange services.

Had considered PayPal too but because of the chargeback which abusers would take advantage of...I don't plan to engage this (in)convenience it will cause, so, better avoid the misery from the start.
