What does this mean?

"You need 10$ and more in your account balance to get earnings."

Do I need to deposit more funds? If so, why?

Website working fine for me. No problem since a couple of hours now.

I think I was just reading the statement wrong!! I thought I needed to ADD $10 to start earning. I allready have more than that in my account!
