People over 67 are not eligible for pay out of the main policy $55,000.00 but are entitled to participate in the loyalty bonus program . Junie simply wants to join under someone that is trying to build up income from loyalty bonuses but who isn't entitled to the main payout because of their age.

This is exactly the case. If you are over the stated age limits, you can still participate and earn some very nice income. This is a very nice plan Junie is setting into place!! You misunderstand the nature of the referral program. If a member does not refer anyone then they receive NO REFERRAL BONUS.

When a member joins $2000.00 is payable to each DIRECT referrer up 12 levels. This means that a MAXIMUM of $24,000.00 is payable in referral bonuses for each member that is introduced NO MATTER WHAT. This $24,000 is taken account of in the deductions from the $200,000 policy as shown below.

Policy: $200,000
Less: Premiums $41,000
Less: Member Pay Out $55,000
Less: Commissions $24,000

Trust Partners Residual $80,000

You appear to have only pulled out the bits relevant to what you want to communicate.

If you read it again and note the emphasis in blue:

Perhaps this is not as clear as it could be. If you sign up 10 people who then go on to sign up 1 person, and they sign up another 1 person and so on to 12 levels deep it will earn you the $240K

In short, the get the full referral bonus of $24,000 per member you introduce, they will have to introduce one other, who then introduces one other, who then introduces one other and so on to 12 levels deep. Unless this occurs to the full 12 levels then the maximum referral amount per member will not be achieved
