I could not believe it when reading the updated case file against 12DP and how they took in over $50,000,000.00. Simply amazing. It makes PIPS look like chicken POOP. (g)

It is a good read for those who were in it, but also educational for those who are tired of being ripped off over and over by all these scammers who run ponzi-pyramids.

The most interesting aspect of this case is how they are going to go after those who did profit from 12DP scam. And according to the documents they have on everyone involved, this should be easy pickens since the court assigned receiver took his initial retainer off the top, a COOOOOL
Million. (g)

Some who were in early pulled out six figures, and they will be in for a rude awakening when all is said and done and they get hit for profits, never mind IRS attacks for I will bet none reported this ill gotten profit since Charis never filed taxes or 1099's. Sure is going to be interesting to see how this one unfolds.

Make you wonder what Malaysian authorities will do in their case. Imagine if they too go after ill gotten profits from those who claimed they got their money out of PIPS early on. Never mind the ones who did exchanges, so I hope for the sakes of the people who made money with PIPS, if any, have put it aside in case the authorities come a knockin. Isn't the world of scams interesting to follow?

Certainly and interestingly too, you placed the nail where it will land eventually...and many loyal pipsters, the so-called "LOYAL cheerleaders" who helped around promoting and exchanging in lieu of and as guise to their promoting and recuperating into their own financial expansion back then...we all shall now sit back and wait... WAIT & SEE is the mode now...

Thanks Mike...sometimes...I myself get amused and lifting my mug to another beer for this bizarre outcome fooling so many by those pro-cheering pioneers deliberately duping the innocent investors, well, their days are closing in and if anyone needs to go after them, I'd rather leave the authorities undertake that messy task!!!

I was talking to a few who did pull out many thousands, never mind all the cash for Picpay exchanges, so it will be interesting to see if they go after ill gotten gains like they are in 12DP deal Sure puts a new twist on how they deal with scams of this magnitude. This is one time we can be thankful for losing money. LOL
