MEMBERSHIP:

Membership to CCPIA will be limited.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of CCPIA is to provide an avenue for members to be able to pool funds for the purpose of investment.

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of CCPIA is to enhance the financial well being of those that decide to participate as members of the Association, by providing an avenue for the members to enter into high return private investment vehicles that the director has become privy to through nearly 3 decades of relationship building and research.

RISK:

Investment in anything carries a risk factor, but we believe that through the research that has been conducted we have limited the risk and look forward to seeing very nice returns for all members.

PROGRAMS:

Currently we have one placement program. Here are the details.

The return will be 20% per month.

This is not a compounding situation and payments will be made to CCPIA monthly over a one year period. (see note below)

The funds are insured by a AA+ rated U.S. Insurer. (a copy of the insurance binder will be posted on the site as soon as we receive it)

The initial funds are returned after 1 year.

Units will be $530.00 ($500 goes to the program $30 is to cover the insurance and admin fees.)

You may purchase as many units as you want. We will open for a limited time at a later date to accept more members.

NOTE: As stated above this situation is not compounding, so we will pay out your earned interest monthly. If you want to leave your funds to accumulate we will reinvest and re-insure those funds as below. This in essence will have a compounding effect as in the following example:

1 - $500 unit would earn $100 per month

month 1 = $100
month 2 = $100 = $200
month 3 = $100 = $300
month 4 = $100 = $400
month 5 = $100 = $500
month 6 = $100 = $600

at the end of month 6 $500 is re-invested and $25 comes out to insure it leaving you a $75 balance in your account. now you have 2 - $500 units working

month 7 = $200 = $275
month 8 = $200 = $475
month 9 = $200 = $675

at the end of month 9 $500 is re-invested and $25 comes out to insure it leaving you a $150 balance in your account. now you have 3 - $500 units working

month 10 = $300 = $450
month 11 = $300 = $750

at the end of month 11 $500 is re-invested and $25 comes out to insure it leaving you a $225 balance in your account. now you have 4 - $500 units working

month 12 = $400 = $625

As you can see by the end of the 1st year your $500 has grown to $2,625 by re-investing whereas it would have been only $1,700 if you choose to take the $100 monthly. By re-investing the growth on 1 unit becomes 425% versus the 240% if taken out.

By the end of year 2 following the compounding strategy above you would have 32 units working and $225 in your account for a total account size of $16,225.00 but more importantly your account would be growing at the rate of 4 to 5 units each month and increasing

We hope you will take a long term perspective and decide to let your investment compound.

We believe if all members choose the compound method as described above that within 2 1/2 years we can have this account where it will be returning 50% per month instead of the 20% that we are starting at, also this is based on 2000 members only having 1 unit each at the start if we have a large portion of the members that have 2 or more units this will accelerate the time table for reaching 50% per month.
