Ongoing process...
November 1, 2006 In a recent Norweigan News article, it is being reported that Frode Joregensen has been cleared of all charges of fraud. While the authorities are continuing the case against PlexPay by adding charges related to the lottery laws, this appears to be a bogus attempt to prolong releasing assets and servers.
Lawyers on the case are calling for a close to the investigation because there is no case, in their opinion. Further actions may be taken to bring the authorities back to court to get closure on these matters. This is a summary based on some translations from our friends in Norway and Sweden... thanks. We will continue to pass along information as we learn it and confirm with sources.

Developments
Finally i have som new information on the developments in the ongoing case.
As many already know, the Police have released most of the confiscated things that belonged to me, including my passport.
This is good news, and there have also been a new article in a newspaper in Norway, where my lawyer states that the police should close the case, as they no longer have a case, the article can be found here: Krever Plexpay-sak henlagt
The article is in Norwegian, so you might want to get it translated.
The most important statements in this article for me, is that the police has dropped the charges against me, but this i already knew in July, but now its oficial, finally.
I have waited a long time for this to happen.
After i got my passport back, i took a long needed vacation, and im currently still on that vacation.
Yesterday i got an SMS from the Police, stating that they will release the rest of the confiscated things ( as agreed on ) on Monday, so i guess things are moving forward.
There is a lot of people e-mailing me with questions about funds and accounts, please bear in mind that im no longer are employed with Plexpay, and havent been for the last year, but im still working to solve this case to the best for all.
All questions about accounts, funds and future must be asked to the appropriate people in the "New Management" .
I will get an update from my lawyer next week, and will post this information on my blog if its possible.
But as i have said earlier, things are starting to look really good, and hopfully in the near future things may be solved, so everybody can continue their lifes.
I look forward to be updating you further of the developments.
Until next time....

translation of norwegian news:
Dematnding Plexpay-case dismissed
South-Trøndelag policedistrict has been investigating the network company Plexpay since fall last year. The president at that time, Frode Jørgensen, was first remanded and charged forembezzlement. This was later altered to fraud. Jørgensen has the whole time denied having done anything wrong. The police has now dropped the charges for fraud, and has now instead charged him for breaking the lottery law§16. The paragraph is about pyramid games. The punishment frame is 3 yrs of prison, much lower than for fraud.
The investigation is still fully ongoing. We are hearing people, and we are awaiting answers from foreign authoritys. This is a very strenuous case, where investigation takes time, the leader ofpolice district says. He believes it can take another year before the case can be treated in court.
The wellknown oslo lawyer Per Danielsen has taken over as defender for Jørgensen. He thinks the police should give up the investigation and drop the case.
- We have thrown back most charges, and the same will happen regarding charges of pyramid game. There is less and less left of the polices case, Danielsen believes. He points out pyramid game is a case that hasn't been tried much in court.
- and no matter my client has not driven pyramid business, the lawyer says.
Adressenewspaper has earlier written that over 30mill. kroner has been confiscated from the Plexpay-system.
- It is a large confiscation, maybe one of the biggest ever done in Norway, Per Danielsen believes.
- What will happen with the money if tehy are releised?
- They will be disposed the way the deal with each individuel dipositer summons. He will not speculate on if Plexpay will reopens, but does not mean there should be any hinder to if the police dismisses the case. Danielsen does not count out that Jørgensen might demand compensation for pursuing unjustified punishment.

Just had confirmation from a Norwegian contact who has done his own English translation of the article.
The above article is a good translation, and although the latest news is positive, there is still a long road ahead.
