Hi there, i am a new client to NIL....tongariro
I have a question to the Admin of NIL
1.Could you confirm if my details are all correct...to signing on
please.
2. I have others who will be signing on, as soon as i have confirmation of this.
3. also, i find a bit unothodox....that if you have sign up queries? and may need some assitance, signing up and next help that these issues hav to be resolved in a forum, and not by NIL administration directly
I personally think the concept and business is awesome and i cant wait to get going, so i hope in the near future, that a simpler approach to activiting new persons are fun, easier, and more user friendly.

Hi Tongariro,
welcome to NIL and Club Freedom!
I myself found this system to be user friendly, provided you watch the tutorials so you know what to do.
NIL has put this system in place, including the various steps to be carried out to prevent people trying to fraud the system. And believe me, they do!
Admin (Neno and Banana) are here on the forum a lot of the time and there is always someone else willing to help, so if you or any of your friends who want to join have any questions, just come into the forum and ask!
You will more than likely get a faster answer than any ticketing system will give you anyway.

Hi tongariro,
Congrats on joining the NIL team. U will get results.
The system was set up to be followed exactly.
U must follow the instructions.
Read the instructions carefully & slowly so u understand them fully before thinking u know how to sign up.
I had problems because i got tooo impatient & did not follow the instructions properly.
If u have gone thru the sign up process correctly,u should be able to see :
1] yr user name in the Clubfreedom site,
2] u should be able to see yr user name on the NIL site.{ look under unallocated & allocated members.}
3] U should have received emails comfirming joining NIL & CF.
Hope this is of help.
If u need further help after looking again at all the info, suggest ask Banana for help.
Also learning more about the sign up process will enable u to assist others u refer to join up.
Pls encourage others to read & hear about NIL.

Actually I agree with the above in that there should be a Contact in the NIL site. Since Admin sent out a mass email to all members of Rolclub, many of us whom have not been recently active, like me, it is a bit disconcerting if you have a problem and are totally dependent on a forum that you have not had daily contact with. I had a problem and pm'd here and was promptly called. My issue was my computer abruptly losing power, which is not typically contemplated. All is well now and I was extremely impressed that I received an immediate phone call. This team is awesome!!!
Since we are trying to advertise this to the public though, and forum members that are not all active, it would be a great idea to have a contact from the NIL site.

Hi
I will bring it up for the NIL administration. I am not in NIL administration. Was traveling all day back to Poland today, and havent been able to come here and help Neno and banana today. Please give us short time to get back to you on this.
I will mail Rc members atleast once a week about NIL & CF for weeks to come. No better time to join this then now.
Signup is not an easy process, so please watch the movie, and try to do it correctly. I had problems myself the first time even if i thought i was doing it correctly. Do not go outside NIL, or signup under someone else. Only signup under the username NIL allocates you, otherwise you will not be inn our system..
This system has been worked up on, and working very well.
