I joined the program after much deliberation over the instructions. Somehow I must have joined twice, because I received instructions from 2 different upline people. Someone called me to help straighten out the mess I created.
I think I now know the correct procedure to use when I join in a new position - and I hope to do this soon! The system works and sounds like a winner. Thanks to whomever called to help me.

Top of table is *loolalu88* one of our NIL people, next is "oneup" and *travair4* also all Nil people. The next NIL person is *bein2win* and they have been allocated *spiritdove*, and spiritdove has been allocated *rt12153* and *happyfeet2*.

Now my confusion lies with *spiritdove* who I cannot find on the Nil queues?
Maybe I am missing it ?
But also with *rt12153* which I also cannot find on the NIL queues?
Yet *happyfeet2* is there ?

So how can spiritdove be allocated to a NIL member if spiritdove is not in the NIL queue?
And how can a NIL member *happyfeet2* be allocated to Spiritdove ?
And where the heck has *rt12153* come from to also be allocated to a position that is not showing up as a NIL member ?

As I said, I am totally confused !

- Our lifestyle (in NIL)
Not Nil - Spiritdove - Rt12153 (not apparently in NIL)
- Happyfeet2 (in NIL)

My only conclusion is that these people still possibly need to be verified by their upline ? NAUGHTY NAUGHTY !!!

Therefore Bein2win perhaps has not verified spiritdove but has ourlifestyle?

And Spiritdove has verified Happyfeet2, but not Rt12153 ?

Is this the answer that I seek ? ha ha

Therefore on the same line of thinking..... it appears that 2 other members ended up on the tables ericwilson and work333 and neither of them have also been verified by their sponsor either ! (Probably a lot more I can't see just yet from over night too - I just note those ones from over a day or so ago.)

No wonder you have to take the site down occasionally to fix up these things. Not fair on you !

Members of NIL, this is a MAJOR problem that WE the members are incurring in the smooth flow of this NIL database. Not all obviously, but some. And I don't mean to point fingers here, I just raised the above names, because it confuses me, and if it confuses me, then it will confuse others too, and until its corrected, then the queue is not technically correct.

We the HUMANS are the only FLAW in this fabulous program!
Not irrepairable of course, but in the sense of you want a fast flowing program, then we all need to do our bit correctly, instead of making poor banana work his butt off to correct it for us, not nice of us really.

Can WE MEMBERS make it a LOGICAL progression.
You are obviously watching for when you get allocated people to your position. WRITE DOWN THE STEPS YOU NEED TO DO as each person gets allocated to you, and tick it off so you know you have done it.

Just because we have our 2, we need to be fair to those people who want to join and cycle in CF as well, and we need to ensure that we have actually verified them and that they are showing up in the queue. CRITICAL to you and to them ! After all they are YOUR members and you want everything to be right for them as it was for you too!

OUR JOB IS NOT OVER TILL YOU SEE YOUR ALLOCATED MEMBERS LISTED IN THE QUEUE waiting their turn, just as you did, because your sponsor verified you.

If we do not do this in the right time frame, it affects how quickly your table cycles too ! And how quickly your members table cycles too. This is important to remember!

We have an AWESOME opportunity here everyone, if you are not sure if you have done the process correctly, just post here and someone will point you in the right direction !

What a team we are building....we will all be happy little vegemites in weeks & months to come.

Be patient, be pro-active, and be diligent in doing for others what someone did for you !

Spiritdove was being a tad naughty I think!

When this person joined, they immediately signed happyfeet2 up under themselves instead of the person they were allocated. Millteam also did this with millteam2. Dennis also did this by signing doctorandrew up instead of the next person in the queue.

I think the rt12153 was simply a cycled position from RT that spiritdove pointed at him/herself, instead of putting CF-NIL-TEAM as the pointer in RT.

Not sure why Spiritdove has not been included in the NIL list. Maybe Banana bumped that position for not following the rules?

So, happyfeet2 did join NIL correctly and is now in the queue. I don't know why this position IS in the queue as he/she didn't sign up under the username allocated to him/her.

Spiritdove will cycle the feeder as he/she is qualified, but wait till they get to the main board... that rt12153 position that doesn't appear to be a NIL one will have to sponsor lots of people in order to follow spiritdove to the main board.

People, this just goes to show you why we MUST follow the rules NIL has in place, so you don't disrupt the flow of things and find yourself out of the loop so to speak.

Now that makes heaps of sense....and just goes to show that if you don't follow protocol of the team, how it will come back and bite you on the bum aye. Maybe not straight away but down the track.

Expensive lesson for these people to learn !

Well in short, they're positions belonging to me...except ourlifestyle. Yes I did stuff up, yes I do have dead end positions and yes I know I have to count my losses on this one and move on.

So, be careful everyone especially newbies...read read and re-read instructions. I am seeing much help on here from fellow members in NIL, so don't be afraid to ask, and don't be in too much of a hurry to get in line.
