for Frode is in Jail now. So Frode and plexpay has not done anything

100K in that.

If they don't get back the server they will try to get WD options
inside the GPS site, so that people can Do wd to Loyal Ban and the AAMI
trust acct. So don't panic, its going to be ok. Jarle Thorsen will keep me
posted On what's going on, and the rest of the staff in plexpay will do
what they can to get this happy ride going again ASAP.

Tuesday, sept 20, the norwegian authorities came to make an investigation against the CEO and support department. The support office is runned by a Norwegian registered company. As a part of the investigation they closed our server. Plexpay as we know is not a part of the investigation.

The CEO was taken into custody to make an explanation of the situation. He is now arrested and explains how the client account are used together with his lawyer. The investigation will find out if he has done something wrong.

We have our own lawyers that works extremely hard to get back our server and other equipment. We are convinced that shortly we will be back and running Plexpay as normal. Our staff are ready to come back to work anytime.

Just received from BTI an email about Plexpay - which is currently shutdown allegedly by the Norwegian government and the persons behind Plexpay actually imprisoned.

Plexpay program apparently has followed the P*PS program model,
1) Create a "program" that pays high returns in a country that has strict banking laws
2) Attract alot of capital
3) Move the capital all around the world
4) Ignore members requests
5) Force members to complain
6) Do nothing and wait for authorities to close the program
7) Spend some time 'fighting' to get the program re-started
8) Make all members believe that everything is being done that is possible to get their money 'unfrozen'

THE FOLLOWING P*PS MODEL PROGRAM STEPS HAVE NOT OCCURRED AS OF YET AND ARE ONLY SPECULATION

9) Give up and close the program and blame the authorities
10) Inform members that the money will be tied up for years
11) Years later inform members that all money was 'eaten' by authorities in terms of fines, penalties and legal costs
12) Retire comfortably in a different country with a new face and new teeth.
13) Repeat phases 1 to 12 as necessary

So many people have hope in PP too, I was thinking to invest in PP, just the membership fee deters me. Oh, well, back to my DXINONE business. Sigh...

They're saying it's down to members complaining because plex had asked them to put real money in and not P**p** which plex had never been paid for. Can understand where plex are coming from. Members have gone to the authorities.

Shame, got Loyal Card and bank account details through from them yesterday.

Same vicious circle made up of groaning, moaning GREEDY loaners..... or are they loaners in any program they join??? I hope you can hang on there Adster...
