I received the same update from another forum with a slight difference:

The update clearly stated (in English) that https://plexpay.orgin Norwegian) is a Plexpay-approved forum offered by a member.

Now if only they'd put up an English version, we'd be all happy, wouldn't we? (well, not everybody)
