I have the same problem! My USA account is blocked The reason per the email I received is that they cannot process the "high demand for payments in a timely manner" so they stopped earnings & froze accounts until they resolve the 2nd USA office closure. My acct level is $150 and has been frozen for 2 weeks.

GAC, as I understood it, is only supposed to affect account levels that are $2K and over. My acct level is $150 and has been frozen for 2 weeks.
