Somehow... most are as "DOWN" as any other being far down like Flocky is at... and then came along Wall Street to block the world's hopes with their crashing Wall....

Even donation-base collection is taking a tough uphill ride... now, who wants to be at the front like a donkey to deliver a packload of trial feedbacks for free either... ???

No... it belongs to a Swede, Mats is the owner Developer of the entire GC and Developer. We work & promote with his projects.

Here's a pic of him putting away when I was there.

My Villa is nicely reaching the finishing touches with tiling and later, the Aussie-built pool will be created. When the pool-Villa is ready next year, ahead of schedule since workers are now in abundance... we'll have our first house warming party & dip (holiday in Thailand for 3 weeks) and then let it be leased out.... leaving our Dutch-dirt in the pool... for the maintenance to take care to a spic-&-span state of course....hahaaa.

Black Mountain is a top resort place for golfers and the right place to invest... cos golf is a rich & average man's non-rowdy sport that brings in more ppl with much more $$$$s to spend willingly... awesomely good prospects the whole year round from the investment angle.
