The Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results Program is a training program based on the work of Stephen Covey. It involves participants learning about themselves and what constitutes effective leadership skills. Participants develop a self- improvement from their Leadership Quotient, derived through a 360 ° assessment tool. The coursework involves case studies and group activities related to the principles guiding effective leaders.
The principles are:

Inspire trust
Clarify purpose
Align Systems
Unleash talent
Participants are encouraged to action plan to implement these principles in their own leaders

About the Process
The training is conducted by regional facilitators who have been trained and accredited by the Franklin Covey Company in conjunction with the PLLD Directorate. Regions will determine the actual format of delivery, however, delivery is structures around specific workshop activities and reflection of each of the Principles.

How to apply
Regions will advertise the Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results Program via InPrincipal. Application forms will be processed by the region.
