This workout is about 55 minutes long, and it features work with resistance bands, calisthenics, and kickboxing. Straightforward, easy-to-follow, and quite intense--especially if you use resistance bands with varying lengths. This one isn't as focused on the kickboxing aspects as other videos Blanks has done, so if that's what you're looking for you might not be happy with this one.
