I agree! Specially turmeric. An Indian medicine to stimulate the appetite and as a best digestive aid. But lately it's getting attention as potentially powerful cancer fighter. The chemical responsible for turmeric's golden color called curcumin is considered as a top anti-cancer agent. I always o add a pinch of fresh turmeric spice from Horton Spice Mills in my dishes. It also adds a peppery, warm and bitter flavor to the food.
