It now seems that Tom Broadbridge runs it and decides whether to accept Picpay or not.

I was annoyed with you on 3 counts
1 At not receiving an email that my withdrawals were erased without reason
2 To find out that we were going to be re-verified
3 To find out that if anyone bought anything of any value you were going to cancel the orders and take over that part with your own business contacts after we built the demand
Then I thought how can I help Pips/Picpay.
Well, I have a creative mind and sales and marketing experience, so I did some preliminary market research on the Christian/Kids market for the DVD first edition of the Kids bible. I thought to myself I could probably market about 20,000 of those.

I had received an email previously about volume discounts for the first edition. So I contacted the kids bible company. Here is what I said.

bulk orders.

kids bible product. Surely you are going to pay him for any Picpay purchases I make. Why would you not accept your own currency? I just don’t get it. Bryan intervene and accept Picpay for my 20,000 order

If I should make judge PIPS on what they have kept of there promices lately, I would say we are being stalled for some reason....??????

I had the impression that merchants would be payed within at least 2 months. I am imberresed to tell my customers that we still haven't got the payments after 65 days.

Does any of you have any explanations for this. If not I can not see why any admin should be the judge of some unknown business (see above) when their own system does not work...........

Please enlighten me, so that I once again can be possitive and optemistic as before.................

PS: I do not know or have heard of that other system, just what I read above!

Think of the millions you would save on ROL if you said that merchants would be paid and then everyone that wants to get something out of the program put all their money into merchants instead of withdrawals. You then cancel a lot of the merchant withdrawals and no one gets any ROL on the money. This method saves millions in ROL and gets lots of people to make withdrawals but you still get to keep their money and make it work for you.
What do you think? Isn't that just what has happened?

Edit: I would agree your hypothesis is only speculation and harmless and we can all continue to dispute but when you concluded what I highlighted in red, that was when you "were imposing" on others to agree, you should have left that out but only you knew what and why you did just that. I would also be jumping into conclusion at that point if no one took up your quote further up after yours resulting an edit + deletion on your post being necessary. Before this post of yours gets removed, I shall lock it for a day so all can see the attempt made by your post.
