What you need to do is send an email to the CEO direct and report the incident ASAP!!!

Anyone interested in my current one, let me know, its only done 125K kms, still on 5 year warranty and is a May 2003 Registration running on superb diesel fuel and is a smooth cruiser with fabulous performance!! Here's a snapshot of my C5 beauty I call her simply as CAL.

to whom it may concern how come it takes so long to get any answers from greenzap? i have some problems with certain things and i can't get an answer..

greenzap customer support has already helped many rolclub - greenzap members.

Greenzap has been doing strange things. I signed up back in mid December and went Gold with ACH from my bank. They took quite sometime to verify my account and then on Dec. 23 they took the $100 out of my account. I had set this money aside for them.

My status remained at gold pending, then for no reason at all the $100 was placed back in my account on Dec. 27. I was then downgraded to green.

I have sent several support requests without a single answer and now other payments for Jan. 1 have been processed through that same account so there is no longer $100 available for Greenzap.

I will try emailing Sarah, but I am not liking the way they operate so far. I wonder how many others are experiencing this same thing.
