Greenzap has been doing strange things. I signed up back in mid December and went Gold with ACH from my bank. They took quite sometime to verify my account and then on Dec. 23 they took the $100 out of my account. I had set this money aside for them.
My status remained at gold pending, then for no reason at all the $100 was placed back in my account on Dec. 27. I was then downgraded to green.
I have sent several support requests without a single answer and now other payments for Jan. 1 have been processed through that same account so there is no longer $100 available for Greenzap.
I will try emailing Sarah, but I am not liking the way they operate so far. I wonder how many others are experiencing this same thing.
