That is now 7 sites in a row that have crashed and taken my money :( I knew this was a risk, but I really thought that FOB was taking the conservative route. Definately the earnings were not great, so I thought that translated into maybe safety. Wrong I guess. :(

That is very saddening Korris and Kjell! I certainly hope you decide to do the right thing, just like all your investors who have supported you and get our investments back and or your site working...

Sorry guys...but, I have to add this. I've been emailing you since June 13th and you finally post the situation after a couple of weeks. I understand that it's difficult...but, I do know an Admin that had our funds hacked...yet he worked hard to get all our funds back. It took a couple of months and he started with less...but, we received our funds. So, it is possible to do the right thing and even if you lowered the return and worked with us...I'm sure many of us investors would work with you! I know I have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just my two cents worth.

unlimitede, posted in the SI forum the "what if" question? Well, there is no what if here. The site is gone as well as our investments. I hope for only a short time! So, to answer his question here...I say, I had faith when I invested and compounded my returns for 3+ months. When you bring back your site, I will work with you again. My only advice...don't wait to communicate with all of your investors. Keep posting and keep us informed! PLEASE! I can only image how stressed each of you are???...but, communicating with us will help you get this too!

I hope this post is a positive sign to you that some if not all of your investors will work with you! NOT against YOU!

hope my faith in fob was not misplaced, i honestly believed in the admin, and hope that at least communication to all members is forthcoming.

I was hoping this wouldn't happen but expected it after Uniclear was disabled. Seeing as one doesn't disable a payment possibility unless they are truly bad.

I'm not sure of this but I do think that Uniclear hasn't released FOB's funds. There are others that Uniclear has frozen their funds who can't seem to be able to do anything to get them out. Seems Uniclear accepts money but when one tries to withdraw that's the end and communicating is like communicating with a black hole.

We hung in with FOB before and would do it again but communication from you is important. Extremely important.

We know you're one of the few really honest owners around on this rather miserable internet, we know you're sad and also embarrassed, but we know how this works and I'm sure all your members will be glad to work with you. After all, if not, why would we all still be here?

So lets all of us get our head together and see how this can be saved. Personally I'm sick of all the disappearing acts that are the normal procedure these days and it's time to fight back - Payment processors such as Uniclear and Scampay have no right to be in business.

If my feeling that a problem with Uniclear is behind this then let us know. I think if Uniclear receives enough emails and posting about them on forums they will have to send members their withdrawals or close. At least everyone will know not to put any money into their company.

People have short memories but in regard to Scampay and such unethical companies, memories should not be short!!!

The work on getting money back to pay members is started, but its hard when several PP holding back funds.

When/if we decide to relaunch it will be under another name with another plan who benefits us all.

However this is soonest going to happen for a month or to.

Raising funds agene ain't done over night and we are working our asses off to get it back, this including working with a lawyer. At this point we can not give a time frame on when this is solved, and we can only hope for the best that this ain't going to take a long time.

Rest assure that it ain't we who have stolen the money or don't want to pay them out, we simply don't have access to it.

(someone thought blocking our E-Gold account was a smart move , but it only slowing the process even more).

When we decide to start agene it will be with a different kind of investment plan, to be absolutely sure that the funds are secure on the investments front as well in the Payment Processors.

The Gold prices have absolutely nothing to do with this problem we have.

So help your self by relax a bit, and wait to see whats happening before you judge us.

I hope you can decide for you're self what group we fit in under. I can assure you that it ain't easy to fight against ****** who wants us down.

Also we have paid out without delay most of the time, and if you do the math, its impossible that we used others money to pay old members. We earn money, do not question that. But sometimes its all go wrong.

You certainly are not scammers. No way.

You ran into bad luck that's all.

It's a shame people run to e-gold etc without even waiting a while to see what's going on. Although it would've been better to have had some communication which might have avoided that happening. But I'm sure you had good reason for the silence, sometimes it can be impossible to get online.
