I had a withdrawal go processed and did NOT receive the money in my e-gold account. Are they having problems paying so just make things as processed without moving the money? Could not get signed into the support site but web page said I had submitted a support ticket, with NO response.

No withdrawal problems here.

sorry Al, I thought you ment in the pending state. Have you tried to contact them? I have mine pending at the moment. I got paid last month one day after it was posted as processed. Hope i don't run into that problem this month.

How can you talk like that. If Charis sees your posts you could have your account suspended. They are NOT having money worries just members worries! LOL. And that bit in you other post that THEY will probably say that your egold account was hacked. That is a load of BS. Read the latest news posts on the site. Here is 1 of them.

Green Zap Account
I am new to e gold, green zap etc.. I joined 12 daily Pro and wanted to upgrade may account. Will Green Zap send them the money. Not very much on about $12.00. Also I have a Green Zap Account.. and e-gold but on the 12daily pro site it list only storm pay and e gold...Do I have to use them or can I use green zap to fund my 12 daily pro...This is all real confusing to me..
Could someone give me some simple explanation on this...I also have an egold account..but it said something about getting verified etc. not sure about all this really confusing to me.

You can only fund 12daily with e-gold or stormpay only. Login, click on UPGRADE, if you invest $12 that is 2 units. Click on e-gold and pay. That's it. Upgrade BEFORE you surf.

Hi Almye,
For your information one of my downlines account that expired dec.16 was credited just yesterday. It still appear as pending in his 12DP account but when he checks his e-gold its was there already:) 12DP i can say is still one of the BEST au2surf program out there. Just be patient;)

Unable to Surf
I just upgraded on the 23rd, 17 units, I surfed on the 23rd but have not been able to surf since. I know the 24th and 25th were surf holidays but I still cannot surf today, when I click on any of the links on my homepage, "Start Surfing", "Banners", "Referrals", "History" etc... I just get logged out. I submitted a ticket on the 24th and still no response. I can still log into the support site and view the tickets. Is this just me?
