It does state this right on their website, the fee for setting up the bank account will not be refunded. You should just keep contacting them about your account #. They sent out a newsletter yesterday regarding this. They said if you havent received a bank account number yet to keep contacting them. Contact Shirley Gates at:

The problem is that this lady that is being charged with the crimes.........that was her job to contact people with their bank account numbers and she didnt. In fact they are urging those that she did give account numbers to contact them to get a new one issued.
