    Just that you have the proper EVO account email . Which I do.

    BTW...still waiting for my upgrade to pay from December and the one from 1/11.

    I am losing $$$ every day that they do not tend to this. I am seriously considering not upgrading again. To be above board, they should offer my lost days to me pro rated to the amount I upgrade with should I decide to do so.

    Given EMO is for us, a new processor, perhaps I assume too much.

    I thought about what account info that 12dp is asking for. They DO want the account email address , correct? Not the EMO account number?

    I am not trying to be a troll or anything about this. I just hear about everyone else being paid like clockwork...

    This is the only possibility that would be holding things up for the 1/11 upgrade

    The one from December...there is no excuse for.

    And it isn't honest to present it as being flawless and like clockwork if it isn't that way for everyone who has done things right and has submitted tickets etc without satisfaction.

    12 DP pays me like clockwork every time. My payment are usually received in 6 or 7 days after upgrade expires.
    I too will "hold off" reinvesting for a bit after the convention. Just to see how things go.

    I get paid like clockwork as well. Received last payment on 1/24, 4 business days after my upgrade expired.

    I am glad for you.

    But they aren't paying that way for everyone.

    Like I said..I have one from early December on hold and have one pending from 1/11.

    If there was some explanation why they closed my ticket without paying my December upgrade...and why they are now 5 days behind on my other one, I have not heard one.

    Has anyone else heard why they might be behind? All I hear is "like clock work." I do see on the "I got paid" portion of the forum that there are people just receiving their payments from upgrades that expired on 1/2 and 1/3 and are happy. Has the company issued a statement about delays? If so, I missed it.

    Anyone heard?

    Red face am awaiting payment too

    Hello

    am awaiting first payment, upgrade expired on 15/1. Had email into stormpay email to tell me money was in strompay acount, have therefore raised ticket. Have another, larger payment, still in pending hopefully this one will go through ok. I think change of payment processors has chugged things up a bit. Am sure things will be fine and will upgrade asap.

    I think they have had huge influx of new newbies this and last week, maybe this is holding things up with the other changes huh?
