Well, ain't democracy a trip? Of course, I realize that all posters are not living in a democratic state, so the standards may be a tad different.

Of course, none of this makes a rat's a** difference if the "program" does not return, and folks are returned their investments/loans. After all, that's what this forum is supposed to be about, in the first place, not personal vendetas or opinions or power.

Here's to the "short list", and a cup of wine for all of them.

I guess I'm kinda sneakie that way.... and I like to keep it one sided.... my sided.... but, I'm all about 'happy'... so it usually works out ok.

But... I gotta say this, insider was one of the most offensive people I've seen on here....(he 'ordered' a lady, for amusement purposes!?.... and then told us about it....yikes!) Then he made a special point, in a post directed at me, to say how much he enjoyed it!! I don't mean to sound prudish.... but there is such a thing as 'that's a little too much information' thank you very much...

I personally, have gotten tired of all the "negative" people taking over every darn thread that has been started!!! It's okay to give an opinion....but does each one have to be obnoxious, rude, demanding, or just plain whinney!

I like a good "intelligent" debate, and really haven't seen any of that going on in here for the last few days!

I commend the mods for the "house cleaning".

We have a lot of members complaining that they dislike the outspoken and directly rude individuals who have held the forum hostage lately.
The more timid hearts haven't dared to speak up because they have been afraid to be ridiculed by the naysayers roaming the forum looking for victims........

Not at all. I told you differing opinion was welcome. I also told you that when the differing opinion is expressed through name-calling, foul language, or used to escalate a discussion to these points it is unwelcome and will not be tolerated. It matters not whether you agree with anyone or everyone; whether you've got a positive attitude or a negative one; if anyone does all or any of those things I spelled out, they are gone.

I'm suggesting you take an objective look at what you post in the future and see if it falls into any of the above three catagories. If it doesn't then you have absolutely nothing to worry about; if it does then don't be surprised by what will happen.

Even democracies have rules/laws about keeping order in a society. Our forum is a society and as such has rules as well. Gutter trash disorderly conduct and socially offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Yes I agree jjm. I'm tired of this too.

We all now times are difficult now, both for us and Bryan. All the anger and negativity doesn't solve anything, only make it worse than it already is.

Would continually trying to find out where my money is, be considered unacceptable?

That's my one and only beef. And yes, I am not satisfied that someone keeps posting that everything will work out, just be patient. It's way too late to keep listening to that answer.

Are there no groups seeking legal advise as to what can be done to recover loans/investments?

Is anyone currently in contact with Malaysian officials to actually find out what is really going on?

That's the info I want, not continual posts to remain patient, and soon....soon...soon.

IMHO, if the source that is responsible for giving info is not giving info, then it would seem prudent to seek answers elsewhere.

I cannot belive that out of 200,000 or whatever the number of investors/loaners actually is, that more folks don't want to persue this issue elsewhere.

I have experienced a similar situation years back. Investors were scammed by a UK based equity brooker,...a scandal actually run by americans.

The case was investigated, the managers went to jail and all investors received a letter from the court. We could seek legal advise, go after the company and the managers, but there were nothing to gain!...huh
I lost usd 100,000 in that scandal.

Now with regards to PIPS, we should seek advise!...what rights do the members have, will we be given a written documentation regarding the findings and when? Maybe we, or those members that are interested should seek legal advise and have an attorney to give us the answers.
If 200 000 members paid ONE usd each, we should have enough funds to seek professional legal advise, secure funds for the members.... to share if there are funds left, and finally make sure that the members intersts are taken well care off.

Waiting is perhaps no longer an options when we have no clue what rights we have as investors in Malaysia?

Oh,let me add one more thing!...it may look like that the cheerleaders are taking care of our interests in Malaysia, by going with the wind "be patient and the good news are soon here".....

Didn't we hear that in August, September, October etc etc
.....that is how it looks like from the outside world!

For a dollar each, at least we would have a "second source" of information about what is going on.

I just cannot believe not more folks are bringing this option up, and working towards doing something.

It's not disrespectful, nor is it inflamatory. It's prudent.

I fail to see why RolClub forum members would not promote seeking other avenues in order to gain information.

I you want to seek legal advice, by all means do that, but do not try to atempt to create a group of advice seekers based out of this forum.Find yourself another base.
