There is just one thing Stormpay's letter fails to mention. Why, knowing 12 Daily pro is / might be a ponzi, DID STORMPAY WANT TO BE 12 DAILY'S ONLY PAYMENT PROCESSOR? If 12 Daily is a ponzi - then Stormpay is guilty of a legal term called "Dirty Hands".

    Default Ftc-scams

    Interesting,

The way it reads to me, Stormpay reported 12DP to FTC in order to hold funds in the name of doing the right thing. In other words, 12DP is guilty by assumption of being ponzi, so here it is Stormpay is acting as if they are FTC.

Time to make them pay and play the same game they are. File complaints against Stormpay with FTC-SCAMS and lets see how they like it to have all their funds frozen. If they hold our funds until investigation is over, then I for one will file a complaint on them as I suggest everyone do. Funny thing about filing a complaint, anyone can do it for any reason, right, wrong or indifferent, the same results will happen, their accounts will all be frozen.

If they can call all paid to surf programs ponzi's, well then, we can just as easily complain that the have no right to freeze our money for without proof. Just because Charis evidently did not respond to their liking is no reason to lock up all funds. Sure, they can discontinue processing, but they cannot lock up funds, only FTC can order freeze of funds without proof.

File a complaint if you are fed up with this blackmail, I know I will, and I will not use Stormpay again. Here is site I put complaint form on. Fight Back.

    Google FTC-SCAMS

    Good luck to all, Mike

These investigations are happening more and more to many many programs.
Even the BIG BOYS are getting hit and cannot get to there money. I think the GOV is behind it all and I also think it has to do with the war and money getting into this country ( just speculation).

I was thinking the same, perhaps SP are being investigated by the govt. and have taken this action to save their own backsides (understandably). It's the only thing that makes sense, why else would they deny themselves of millions in fees?

It's a case of putting all your eggs in one basket again, 12DP have been relying too much on Stormpay, and Stormpay got greedy. Everyone should boycott Stormpay from now on. We still have EMO, E-bullion and e-gold as good payment options.

I agree Stormpay is trying to bully many programs. I hope 12dp is around for quite awhile. Checkout the Plexpay site...it appears good things are happening.

I am very very angry about this shit re. stormpay not just about the 12DP thingy but also they don't freely admit that SP and NETIBA are one in the same that is just a downright conflict of interest. I've been waiting ages for my verification letter, are they intentionally holding up the verification so SP can keep my cash in their account longer????

By the way if you have Google Earth on your PC (See attached picture) you can see that the SP offices are right next to the NETIBA offices in Clarksville Tenn.!!!! so much for being independent!!!

Incidently I just signed up for EMO as well and had to call them and actually spoke to a live human being who spoke back to me in English and answered my questions!!!! Such joy!!!!!!!
