12dailypro does not need to fold. Everybody can just start from scratch again. I've just spent the last six months putting every spare dollar into it so I know it is a big pain but 12dailypro has a customer base of aprox. 300,000. They could then start up their own payment processor company and use the same company that the Stormpay debit cards come from.

With all the complaints generated by Stormpay ripp off on 12DP that their site has been down all morning, so keep the complaints flowing into FTC-SCAMS, this is the best way to get even with these crooks. They lied about 12DP becuase when they changed to EMO, Stormpay did not have the money, bet you dollar to donuts they are finished as pressure mounts against them.

I am doing chargebacks as of today for my last 2 payments to Stormpay for 12daily and Alientrust. When I get my money back I will get 12D and AlienT to delete my upgrades.

Can't see what else we can do now.

How do you do charge back for monies paid to 12DP or others via STormpay?
I haven't seen how to do this on the Stormpay site. Help would be highly appreciated.

You can only do it if you paid for your upgrade with a credit card through Stormpay, if you did then contact your bank.

Hello all I have been in 12dpro just 6 days stormpay has yet to take the funds out of my acc for my first initial investment. Do you think that I should do a stop payment on the funds?

I am with 12dp, with stormclix and few others that used StormPay.
They didn't just freeze the funds for 12dp, they froze the funds for many other companies. Some of them, after reading what they have done to 12dp, they just pulled their accounts from StormPay before their funds will be frozen too.
Stormpay, didn't even pay me the money they owe me from doing their StormClix and that has nothing to do with any other surfing company.
StormPay seems to owe a lot of money and they didn't have it to pay out, so obviously they decided to freeze othe people's money to pay their own debt.
As for 12dp dropping the other pay-processers, they were blackmailed by StormPay to do so, they should've told them to shove it like a few other merchants did. I never had any problems getting paid by 12dp, nor from the other merchants, the only trouble I have so far is collecting from StormPay, from work that have done for them. (StormClix)
As for the charges, I joined NetIBNA, but I still get charged, isn't that another one of StormPay's company. How can they have what they want by no one else? I think my biggest mistake that ever done was to join them, but they got to be so popular I was thinking that they are the best ones to join.
