Yeah, after a bit of clicking around I got the story. Very interesting - good find. I still think Stormpay should be taken down though.
I'll be interested to see what happens after he meets Charis.

Arrgh!
Wellll! I can't wait to see the next segment of that story! Tonight at 10...should be online also, right?
GIVE'EM HELL CHARIS!!!
Poor little Stormpay-twerp is getting threats? Awwww....poor baby! I don't think he realized how many people he was going to affect when he pulled this little stunt!
Hey! I wonder if he will un-freeze 12dps account when he is done renovating his warehouse-of-an-office building...you know, after he is done using 12dps money to do it? Then he'll say, "gee, there wasn't enough money to refund all the 12dp members after I redecorated my offices...sorry!"
I hope Charis gets on camera and lets the world know what exactly has been going on!
NEJ! :-) I just got your message...Sorry it took me so long, I've been sick. 70 degrees one day and 20 degrees the next really wrecks havoc on your body! eck! :-) Will try to reply in depth later today or tomorrow morning!
We'll see what develops with this mess!
Bye guys! (when I say 'guys' I mean gals too! :-)
Tiff :-)

???
Hello IrishBrian.
I have much respect for you if you are the irishbrian from the old forum! I enjoyed reading those posts immensely! :-)
BUT! I am a little confused by your comments defending StormPay.
Thousands of people have been affected by what has happened with SP. All starting when the owner decided to get greedy...("use me as your only payment processor, or don't use me at all"). Then he chose to not quite BITE the hand that feeds him...but rather KNAW on it, by picking and choosing which programs he was going to deem 'scams' or 'ponzis' and freeze their accounts. Coincidently enough, the programs he picked were the biggest in the business and had the highest returns.
He made threats (yes, threats) to the stormpay members that stated that they were going to go to their banking institutions to retrieve their money, stating that it wasn't legal and that it is punishable by law. So basically, 'don't try to get your money back, because I will have you arrested...even though I have taken it illegally'.
I don't know if he didn't think that some of these programs wouldn't contact the proper authorities, or contact their own attorneys, or just say 'oh well, I guess we'll just switch over to another payment processor'...which IF anything was going on illegally with a program, they most likely WOULD choose the later option, BUT there are quite a few that have submitted their buisness modules for clearance and have absolutely NOTHING to hide.
The most popular one is 12DailyPro because of the whole Utah craziness. If you listen to and read the channel 4 news segments, I don't believe that any other program has even been mentioned, besides 12dp even though there are dozens that have been affected. I also find it interesting that there has not been NOT ONE complaint against 12dp EVER! :-) They have NEVER NOT paid their members what they have promised in their terms. ;-)
So, to make the comment that 'bashing' Stormpay isn't deserved and that it is 'misleading' is craziness. (To me, at least!) Because there is NO-ONE else to blame, besides the man who actually initiated this mess.
MY honest OPINION is that he really thought that he was going to make a few comments and baseless threats about certain programs, they were going to either shut-down, or just 'go away' and he would walk away with the money. I think that this situation has gotten WAY bigger than he could ever have imagined and I would be surprised if not shocked if Stormpay continued to operate as it was after all of the negative 'press' in all the forums, blogs and even their OWN boards~! (Which I'm sure has been deleted by now, but people were really having a hayday on the SP boards when this all starting happening! Brian, if you think I am slamming SP here, your mouth would have been hangin' if you read the nastiness there! ;-)
So in conclusion, if I have offended anyone in addition to irishbrian, I apologize. I thought that I was being very 'mild' in my comments compared to others and I have not fabricated any of my posts like some do. ;-)
Kind regards to all!
Tiffany :-)

Good post Tiffany,
It may have started out as a strong arm tactic perpetuated by SP against 12DP, but it was nothing more than a diversion away from some serious problems behind the scenes, like cash flow. When 12DP requested a large withdrwal to transfer to EMO, I'll bet my last dollar it could not be covered, hence, the diversion, or delay tactics to be more precise. When the demand that 12DP only use SP or lose it, this was the perfect way to defer the withdrawal request, right?
All one has to do is read between the lines to see what was behind this move from SP and throw all those lies about legal issues, investigations, etc. especially when all the pressure started to mount against SP, so then the FBI steps in, and as any slim lawyer would do, they throw the blame elsewhere with well calculated lies. So where will it end, sadly, many will be hurt be the actions of SP, and 12DP will not be the only one ruined by SP, sad to say.
Good luck to all, Mike
