    Default What happes if my upgrade expired yesterday and I already closed my Stormpay Account?

    My 12Dp account upgrade expired 2 days ago, however before that I deleted and removed my STormpay account. My balance in 12DP says 0.00

    So, where does my money go from here, if it didn't go to Stormpay. Is it in 12DP's system? And then when a new payment processor gets established, then is that where I can transfer my funds into?

    My question is probably an obvious one, I just dont know the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

    I don't think anybody knows at the moment. If 12DP can't get their funds from SP then we can kiss all that goodbye really. They may be able to continue with EMO or others, but as for SP, who knows...

    Not sure...but, I put my account on hold when my upgrades expired. I am setting up my EMO account and then re-opening my account...I hope this helps.

    krisark I didnt think of that. Plus I see you are in the USA. So will EMO accounts work here, I don't know much about them. I had been sending request to open Greenzap accounts but no responce.

    Well if I have understood it right they are not accepting any new upgrades and they are just refunding people, not paying interest at the moment. Refunds may take some time too as long as their Stormpay funds are blocked.

    I put my 12DP account set to "Frozen" since my payments were still pending. Krissark I took your advice. Sounds like a good idea, then my funds wont be lost! yay! Thanks good thinking.....:)

    Default 12DP funds and StormPay

    In my history, my two accounts that would have gone into SP are on hold. I think possibly Charis is doing that with all of them..

    What really ticks me off is that another program I was in refunded my upgrade almost immediately back to SP and what did SP do? They immediately entered it as a chargeback from 12DP. I have submitted two tickets about this and nary a word has come back. Go figure.

    My understanding is that 12dp will be taking EMO as their processor. That is why I am setting up my account. Good Luck!

    I also called my CC company and filed a grievance that services were not delivered as promised and they're checking to see if I can get my money back from Stormpay...I doubt that I will, but it's worth a shot! I'll keep everyone posted on the outcome.
