I've been trying to login to my EMO account sunce Thursday.
I keep getting a message saying username or password incorrect.
I know they are correct so i try to send a ticket.
Still waiting for a reply.
I have phoned the US office and the Asian office both never answered but kept me waiting for 20 minutes for an operator.
Their customer support is worse than stormpay.
I have left messages for them to call me back but still nothing.
If someone else has got into my account whats the point in waiting for 5 working days for a reply to a ticket?
EMO is an absolute shambles.

You may have been hacked
I hate to tell you this possibility.
That sounds exactly like what happened to me when my egold account was hacked. They go in and empty your account and then change the password.
I hope it is something else, but that is what happened to me.

Yeah thats a real possibility.
One good point is that i have no funds in my account but am expecting some.
That where the poor customer support comes to light, i can't get in touch with these people to reset my password.

You think this is good management? I left 2 messages with the Asian office last week and they have not called back.
I'm glad it all got fixed for you but for someone who did have their accounts hacked waiting 5 days is of no use when their account could be emptied in 5 minutes now is it?
I haven't lost anything yet because i had no funds in there.
It just does not give me confidence to put funds in there either.

Now the debit card has vanished off the products page. This is the only way of withdrawing for people in the UK....
EMO support leaves a lot to be desired. I'm only using them because of 12DP, if i ever get my refund i will drop EMO.
