There is just up yesterday a new HYIP run by our friend Luke Skywalker. He calles it HYIPEFFECT, his associates are 3 well known PI Pioneers.

Hyipeffect is run by a group of people who have been in the HYIP game for years and have started this program with the intention of giving a GOOD return on the spend combined with honesty and integrity which is hard to come by these days.

They have an SSL certificate and the site is hosted on a dedicated server.

The program consists of two parts. When the total withdrawal reaches 95% of total deposits then the program turns into a cycler. Payment stops until new funds are available. Therefore, the site will NOT dissapear as seems to be the norm with HYIP programs. And there is an very interesting Forum!

Luke seems to be very happy about all this and has been asked to take care of some other projects;
"I have been approached by certain individuals to host about 3 HYIP programs and administrate them. Because we are a team of 4 people doing this full time, I have agreed but on one condition. We administer payouts as well. I also know them pretty well.

So if the negotians are fruitfull, I will let you know the links, and mebbe you can make some moolah of those as well. I saw the one programs plans and they are very very well worked out, good return and designed for longevity.

Anyway any thoughts on this would be appreciated. We will not put the effect on the side though....this is our baby and the only EFFECT we want here is a GOOD effect!

As I understand the project it is like this;
Both plans are for 3 days
The first one you get amounts added to your available funds daily.
The second plan you get the amount added at the end of 3 days and pays a little better.
Payments will be made on the same day if you requested in the morning and the next morning if you made the request in the evening. They will however try to do it twice a day, that means no backlogs.
Paying and Communicating will create the required EFFECT !!!
The cycles are 24 hours.
When you reinvest from you account balance...it is only an amount on the screen, not "real" money.
Like in 3 months you see 100 000 invested and $60 000 withdrawn, that will be the real figures.
Right now the daily deposit limit is set at $500.

Effect has been growing rapidly, it is up to $81,024.22 of which $19,490.30 has been invested today.
I believe most of us that put in funds in on the 14-15 of feb. have already gotton our outlay back into our e-gold, that has been pretty good and superfast ! $24,102.81 is already paid back !
