The money is not in 12dps stormpay account as far as I can tell. Charge backs went to admin - at - 12dp but 12dp's account was psm -at...... not sure about what comes after the p and can't check cause my only payment was turned into a chargeback.

How did you do that, or what did you do?

I got a letter from my CC company a couple of days ago saying that they had refunded my $1100 (although they did reserve the right to re-credit it should anything else turn up).

So, good news so far. Hopefully it'll stay refunded!!

Got an email from SP today saying my account was suspended (boo hoo!) because attempting to recover my money legally via my CC company's protection is apparantly against their Terms And Conditions. They seem to think that normal laws don't apply to them!!!

Can someone please help? I have not been keeping up with the 12dp controversy. Does anyone know what has happened to the money that I had upgraded with that had not expired? I was a couple of days away from my 12 surfing days and it got shut down. Will I ever see this money again? Also, the same with 15aday.
