HYIP effect now has owed me $400 for several days and the site is down.

funny thing is, the lower number hadnt hit the top one, so why was i waiting to be paid?

now, no site.

Looks like the HE sites are down again. I checked the forum late last night to see if there were any posts worth noting, but didn't see any update about a scheduled down time today for any reason. It'll probably be up pretty soon; but, if anyone has heard any news about it please let me know. Thanks.
