We know everyone is excited about Ethos FR and is trying to get creative in their sales techniques. However, we need to have certain policies in place to protect the integrity of the Product and 4E. With that said, it is against 4E policy to sell the product on Ebay and similar sites.

We appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm, but insist that anyone trying to sell in this manner stop doing so immediately!

My opinion this just keeps getting better and better. The only way to by ethos is thru a DISTRIBUTOR. And that is us. One more thought, I believe out of the 65,000 pre-enrollee's that their are only about half that will actually be a Distributor. Now that is a no-competition thought

ok i read that in my e-mail too....i was wounder if you can sell the idea but not the product....like how to save the world and make money..... with out saying the product.... like if someone wins in the ebay but only send the info what there in like send them business cards and flyers of how to safe the world make money(it would be all your site name of ethosfr).... once they read it.... it will be ethosfr.....

but do all this in a business way with out saying the product name.... until they recieve it in hand..... would that be ok or bad.....

like sell it for .01 BUYNOW have it quinity of 1000 the amount of what you got of business cards and flyers...


if that is still a no..... then i am stickin to the rule and not doing it ..... i just can not wait to get my kit so i can read up on how and where to get more contacts with out breaking the rules....

Dear Distributors,

It is very important that everyone go into your Account Profile in your Back Office today to make sure the following information is correct and completed:

Commission Payable to – must have the name you want printed on your commission check.
SSN/Tax id – must have social security number or tax id entered.
We have recently been receiving support issues through our fax machine. We are only accepting refund requests through our fax number for distributors who submitted multiple orders in error. All other refund and cancellation requests must go through our support desk with an explanation and order number so that they can be processed correctly.

Please mark the date – Friday, May 12! This will end the pre-launch upgrade grace period of the $49.95 being waived for upgrades. However, Preferred Customer’s will continue to hold binary points for up until 7 days after the credit card option has been made available.

Our International customers will go through the same upgrade grace period once the credit card option is available and also have the $49.95 fee waived for 7 days after the credit card option is available to them.

Conditions of Enrollment

Once the 7 days have passed after the credit option is available, anyone at the PC status WILL NOT retain or accumulate any binary points. Anyone at the PC status will have 30 days from their enrollment date to upgrade that position to a Distributor ($49.95). If the Upgrade is not made within the 30 days, that member will forever remain a PC and will not have the ability to Upgrade. A PC will be able to purchase unlimited product from 4E Corporation at a 10% discount off retail for personal use and re-sale.

If the member does upgrade from PC to Distributor during the permitted time period, they will have an additional 30 days to upgrade to Director or Executive Director. If the Upgrade is not made within the 30 days, that member will forever remain a Distributor and not have the ability to Upgrade and earn points and binary cycles. A Distributor is able to purchase unlimited product from 4E Corporation at a 25% discount off retail for personal use and re-sale.

Position Definitions

Preferred Customer - Can sign-up with 4E Corporation free of charge and purchase unlimited product at 10% discount off retail for personal use and re-sale; but has the option to upgrade to Distributor or higher within 30 days of sign-up date; but does not accumulate or retain binary points.

Distributor – Can sign-up with 4E Corporation for $49.95 and purchase unlimited product at 25% discount off retail for personal use and re-sale; has option to upgrade to Director or higher within 30 days of sign-up date. Binary points will hold for 30 days or until Upgrade which ever comes first. No cycle bonuses can be earned as a Distributor.

Director/Executive Director – Can sign-up with 4E Corporation for Silver or Gold Pack + Starter Kit and purchase unlimited product at 25% discount off retail for personal user or re-sale; and immediately begins accumulating and retaining binary points and cycle bonuses.

Product has been shipped to the ones that have their back office updated to the right info. My upline called 4-E ustomer Services and was told his and mine was shipped Tuesday. I will report the results as soon as I can.

I am so ready for this that could use a swallow myself to conserve energy. hehe

May the 12th if you are from the US. Once the CC function is available for your country then one week after that for those. Hope that Helped

Many exciting things continue to happen and it just keeps getting better!

As mentioned in last night’s email, products have started shipping this week and some of you may already have product in hand. Because of the large volume in this first round of orders please be patient in receiving your order, it will take a little time to get every order processed. After we get through the initial shipment of orders we will go to a 7 day turn around period for all orders.

As of today all email communications can be found in the new Communications section under emails.
The FAQ section now has an Audio version of Dan Atkinson addressing a few of the FAQ’s on a call.
Commission checks have gone out and as you can see in the email below people are receiving them and the process is going well.

Beginning today, May 10th, we will start having one 4E Conference call everyday at 5:00PM PST, until further notice.

Visitors are welcome to visit our 4E corporate office, but please schedule an appointment ahead of time.

As Dan and Enrique discussed on the call tonight, we are in full shipping mode and many of you have received notification that your product is on the way.

For some of the initial orders, the shipping amount was not added to the actual amount debited from our members account. For example if a member purchased a Gold Package, the checkout page and receipt indicated an amount that included shipping and handling (actual amount will vary depending on location), however the actual amount debited from the account was only the cost of the product package ($399.95). This left a remaining balance on the order for the shipping and handling costs. This simply means that some of you will have an additional debit from 4E which is indicated as "4E shipping and handling". If you total the two amounts, the first debit for the cost of the Pack and the second amount for the cost of shipping and handling, it will total the same amount that was on the original receipt. With the first of many shipments behind us, future enrollments and upgrades will be a single debit. We apologize for any confusion.
