My Mmmmm Yummy Cake is sooo good, it is 2nd only to

Can feel the engine difference. Son's car, smoother from the get go.

As you may know, we are making some real noise out there with all of your success as a member of 4E. As I stated clearly on the update call yesterday, we have our share of "me too’s" coming out of the woodwork. They say that it is a form of flattery, but in this industry it comes with a fair amount of mud slinging in an attempt to pull your focus from your goals of growing a successful 4E business.

WE would like to make this very clear to all: Ethos Environmental owns and controls the product you are using and selling! There is NO issue with some old patent or patent number that you need to be concerned about, at all. __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ ___________________

Here is a brief explanation that some people do not want you to know, and which has been established as fact in a prior litigation. But before we tell you this, you should know that this is the main reason for the upcoming San Diego meeting.

In the late 80's and early 90's the original inventor of the now-Ethos product, was tricked by the original patent holder who patented the original product formulation without the inventor’s knowledge or authority at that time.

Enrique De Vilmorin was commissioned to bring the original formulation to market, but was thwarted at each turn by the group holding the patent. This resulted in a parting of ways as follows: the inventor of the original and now umpteenth generation of that formula and Enrique have moved on, with the consent of the US court system.

There is no doubt that the original formula still exists and is yes patent protected for at least 11 months still, and yes if Ethos even wanted it, (which they don't) they could sell it. Here is where it is important to know some real facts and things to consider. The gentleman (now in his eighties) who indeed invented the original product is presently part of the Ethos Environmental R&D team and continues to improve Ethos FR. He has made his choice to have HIS product represented by Enrique, and what a smart choice as the success and results speak clearly for themselves. NO one in this camp cares about the original formulation, as it is obsolete and delivered mediocre results in its best day. This fact was to be announced later. More importantly, two additional patents are being prepared now, to be submitted to the US patent office. As for the “original” patent that was not renewed, it was because the formulation is outdated and of little use to Ethos or the consumer, so it was decided not to be renewed.

Who would we want to team up with: the inventor who controls the newer, improved product or a company looking for a free ride with an outdated product being sold by an unprofessional MLM marketer.

If we may use this analogy: "its like driving in the
Indy 500 and after 100 laps, like any good team the tires are changed, only to have another team put those used-up tires on their car and expect to be in the race." In short, please do not be fooled by a jealous coat-tail rider attempting to steal your dreams. In the end it will still come out.

The results in the field of late, and the millions of miles tested with Ethos, speak for itself and during that ten year period, Ethos Environmental has never been challenged on any front.

This coming week we have almost 50 people coming to a special event where we will reveal the complete history of the company (Ethos Environmental) and the ongoing development of the product, Ethos FR. It is going to be a great time to have any of your questions asked, and answered by your 4E leaders.

We assure all of you that you have made the right decision to be a part of history in the making. We hear a lot about breaking MLM records for the number of people enrolled in a company and 4E has been the exception in that we have set new standards by which this will be measured.

Remember, Ethos Environment is the company that REALLY has the real product and the deal. So remove all doubts from your mind once and for all folks.

With all the excitement generated in the Networking world, 4E has made its mark (thanks to you), in record breaking time. As a result however, we are taking our share of shots across the bow, this is always the case folks when you have a great thing, undeserving entities will always be sulking in the wings to sneak an undeserving bite, and this is no exception.

Since next weeks meeting is a closed door event, we must ask that you do not attempt to show up without a corporate invitation. We must be firm on this as we cannot allow walk ins at this event. Don't worry, we are planning a full blown get together for everyone soon.

This coming week will be great as the leaders will be returning loaded with great information to share with you, instilling confidence that 4E/EthosFR is and will be the next giant it is destined to be.

I have been in reciept of a answer from 4-E that the Canada, UK, New Zealand, And Yes Australia's authorization for customs clearence for logisitic is about complete. As well as Hong Gong. As soon as you see in your website that the Credit card funtion is ready then you are ready. This is wonderful news for this forum. Since out of the 89 plus thousand only 15,000 has taken advatage of this uneic opprituntiy for Distribution Directors.

Remeber you dont have to get into the business to get ethos. But you do have to have your own website to order it as a preferred customer, and get the retail discont.

BUT YOU DO HAVE TO GO THRU SOMEONE WITH A WEBSITE TO GET YOUR FREE WEBSITE AND POSITION. You never know it might turn into a business for you. So please see the link in my siggy OR anyone else from this forum.

All I can tell members is I was at a meeting 30 minutes early so I could get some questions in. One of them was about the websites out there that was mentioned in a 4-E letter to all that there is only One 4-E website for sign-Ups to your own group. Dan Atkinson one of the three owners said there is only one 4-E Corporate Website. And that looks like the one in my link below.

If there was another he would of said it then. He also stated there are several out there, made up to redirect traffic. So Rolclub Members, I was told this by a owner of the company. He even went as far as to check mine to see if it was the right site. And also said if you have any doults to just send them the ones that are offered and they will confirm it for you. I didn't have this one here simplelife is talking about at the time. I am not saying this is wrong. I am saying what the owner said thow.

Hey everybody,

I just finished my first tank of gas in my Harley 06 Ultra classic treated with ethos and the result was a 10% increase in fuel milage. That works out pretty good as I figure I'm saving $1.00 on each fillup ahfter the expense of the ethos product for that tank. That might not sound like much but hey, a buck's a buck. I'm not finished testing the product in my pickup truck but I'm hoping to see even better results.
