I know it is Fathers day weekend and you are spending well deserved time with your families, so I will make this short and to the point.

Many of you have received emails from a group of people making outlandish statements and claims, all on the coat tails of 4E/Ethos Environmental and your hard work. STAY the course as you will soon see for yourself that you have made the right choice to be a part of 4E. Isn't it interesting that after all these years that Ethos Environmental has been manufacturing and distributing EthosFR around the world successfully and without challenge; it is only now after 90 thousand 4E folks come along and guess what, the thieves come out of the woodwork to steal your dreams away because they don't have the ability to create their own.

To put your mind at ease, your banking data is secure and intact. It was not compromised by these gentlemen as we have a double fire walled, Linux system protecting that data. Even thought many of you have in fact received an email from this rogue group, most did not! There are other ways for internet marketing unprofessionals to get your email info. However, 4E and Ethos Environmental are right now jointly taking, (to fullest extent of the law with a bank of attorneys), all steps necessary to protect you and 4E and yes; it is a Federal offense to infiltrate an email database since it is tantamount to stealing.

More slander to come from these people I'm sure, but they will only be feeding our legal team valuable information to put these guys in jail. Believe me when I say this to you folks, I have been friends with Enrique for years and can tell you unequivocally that he has the financial might and wherewithal to bury this guy and his henchmen deep from where they came.

It is our hope that you will continue to have confidence in us as we will deliver that which we have promised. In speaking to Enrique yesterday, not only will he be completely caught up with shipping in two days, he will begin building inventory from the new plant Wednesday.

The phil piccolo guy - he is a "you know what" - google his name and see his history. i've been scammed by him once before and i won't do anything he is in. Yah i was on that call as well, i recorded it and sent it in to the 4-ecorp people, i can't belive the blantant lies that were told on that call i am very upset...

Rick used to be the president or somethign in 4-ecorp, until shane realized what they had done. then they bought rick out and gave him a few spots in the binary....

Joel - I talked to him in San Diego, I am very upset with him because he sent out emails to people telling htem to leave their spots in 4-ecorp and join underneath him. he claims that he didn't send those out emails to his group and it was phil piccolo that sent them out... so i don't know who to believe about it...

Too many people I know are getting Excellent results.
And now I can give my own testimonie. Like I had said in another
thread, I was hesitant to post this because it seems too good.
Anyway, my husband was a real big skeptic, WAS. But
on his 2nd tank in his 99 Toyota Tacoma pick-up
he used 25% Less gas!!As for my van, well...., I am planning
to get the emissions test before & after I use Ethos FR,
so obviously I need a good kick in my big fat butt!

Hello Again 4E Distributors!

It’s another great week at 4E Corporation.

We told you last week that your product orders were on the way and would be caught up this week, and we were not kidding. As of this week Ethos Environmental will have all orders in the queue out the door and shipped to you. This means that they can now begin the process under the new production schedule, using the new equipment. This will allow for you to receive your orders in a more timely manner. If you have not received your order by the end of this week, please call our support desk or submit a support ticket through your back office to let us know. All support tickets that are in the system regarding shipments will be cleared out today.

With all of the orders out the door and on the way, Ethos Environmental will now be stocking their shelves with thousands of bottles of Ethos™ ready and waiting to be shipped. This will now allow for more product size options for re-order in the company store.

Now onto some really exciting news; our new phone system will be installed this week. What does this mean to you? No more dropped calls; no more going into a voice mail box after holding for a long period; on-hold time has been increased to a full hour if you choose to wait that long to speak to an agent. Plus, the overall quality of calls will be significantly improved.

Also, in our support center we have tripled the number of agents and are taking a higher volume of calls each day. My 01 Express Van is a work truck (I 'm a locksmith in North Texas/DFW) with 147,567 miles on it. I always averaged between 13 & 14 MPG . I just finished my 4th tank with Ethos FR and have watched the increase.

Hey Everyone!

My Ethos-FR arrived today, just as the UPS e-mail promised. I immediately got my oil changed and added 5oz of Ethos-FR. Then I filled up the tank with Regular 87 Octane and added 4oz of Ethos-FR. (Tank Capacity is 17 Gallons) I normally use the Middle Grade 89 Octane. Saved myself .10 cents a gallon right there. ($2.89 vs $2.99)

At the first stoplight after leaving the gasoline station I noticed that I could barely feel or hear the engine while waiting for it to turn green. Even more impressive, the water inside the bottle that I had in the middle console was dead still, with the car in gear and my foot on the brake while waiting for the light to change. That is amazing!

I'll report back on the change in mileage after this tank is exhausted. Right now, the car is getting 16.2mpg, mixed city/hwy. But I must say that with less than 2 miles since adding Ethos, I'm already impressed with just the calmness of the engine. It 's better than when the car was brand spanking new. I see why this formula is protected by patents!

As of today, I have driven 241 miles with Ethos-FR in the Gas, Oil and Transmission for the first time. My mileage has increased so dramatically that I had to triple check the numbers in my log book. I 'm now up to 26.2mpg mixed hwy/city driving!!! This car is only 2 years old, but I've never been able to drive more than 155 miles on a half tank of gas.even when using Premium. This morning, my Kia passed the 207 mile mark before the needle left the 1/2 full mark on Regular 87 Octane

fuel with Ethos-FR in the tank!! I 'm running out of superlatives for this product folks. My car is now getting 10.1 more miles from every gallon of gas, which equates to a 61% increase in gas mileage, which is like paying $1.12 a gallon instead of the $2.89 pump price, which is like saving $1.77 a gallon! A 12oz bottle of Ethos-FR treats 120 gallons of gas, which means that my $17 dollar investment (incl. shipping) in a bottle of Ethos-FR returns $212 in Gasoline Savings!!! Plus, I don 't have to buy Mid-Grade gas, which saves an additional 10 cents a gallon. I am stunned...

In a different thread, I'll report on our trip this past Memorial Day weekend in the Wife’s Ethos-Treated Honda Odyssey Van. It’s running better than new too!

Better Gas Mileage and Stopped my 'rear main seal leak Hi, I'm so happy with Ethos FR. The day I received mine, April 3, 2006, I went to have my oil changed at Econo Lube. They came out of the pit and told me I had a 'rear main seal leak '. I told them I just got a brand new product in UPS today and I said "I think this stuff is supposed to, I think, kinda stop leaks too. He laughed at me. But I said "would you work with me on this and help me check it out and see if it might, or really does." He said 'no problem '. So he poured 5 oz. in the gas tank, 4 oz. in the crankcase, and 2 oz. in the transmission fluid. Then he told me to go get it steam cleaned and come back and he would check it for leaks. I said, "o.k., I'll get it steam cleaned tomorrow and I 'll be back here tomorrow eve. He said, "oh no no no no, it is a slow leak and you need to wait a few weeks at least so I can really know for sure if the leak has stopped. I was back in there in 3 weeks (I was anxious), he said for me to just wait for my next oil change. I did, so on June 8th, 2 months later, and 2700 miles later, I went back. They changed the oil and came up and said it was dry as a bone, there were no leaks now. I was ecstatic and asked him if he would document it. He said they don 't usually document when there is NO leaks, only when there was one. But he said he could and he went ahead and did so. Now I have documentation on the invoice for a rear main seal leak and then documentation on the 2nd invoice where there is not any leaks now. Mileage, date, all pertinent info is on both invoices and I have lamenated them. They look like place mats. I use it with my testimony and people love seeing them.

Just wanted to share this with you and to again say thanks! I also am getting 100 miles more on a tank of gas, thanks!

Drove '96 NIssan Pathfinder 1800 miles to Massachusetts

I have used this product on 2 major trips to Florida and Atlanta. On our last trip to Atlanta, GA from Hurricane, WV, we drove 412 miles on a tank of gasoline. We put 5 ounces in the crankcase with a fresh oil change and 4 ounces in the gas tank.

Prior to using the product we were getting no more than 320 miles per tank of gas on a 2004 GMC Sierra 4x4.

That is a 4.2 mpg increase. Based on a chart that was shared with me from Woody, that equates to about $580 yearly savings in gas.

The truck runs much smoother.

Hi Everyone,

I am most pleased with the entire operation of Ethos and the product!!!! The product has saved me initially 8.256% on my gas. That is about a .30 savings per fill up at the gas station! About $800 per year in savings !!!! There was an immediate improvement in performance of my vehicle. By the way I own a 1999 Mercury Sable. I received my product shipment on time with no delays. All bottles of product arrived intact and there was no damage.

**One thing I noticed that was very professional about this company is its emails. As simple as it seems, but if you look at the emails, they are very professional in appearance and don 't say EGO all over them.

An email that uses caps, bold and bright colors just says that the sender has a huge EGO.

Report and Analysis of Ethos FR

June 13, 2006

I just returned today from San Diego, California after spending the entire previous day with the owners and management of both Ethos FR and 4-E Corporation. Approximately 50 distributors from the United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia had been invited to attend a special conference at the new Ethos factory and shipping facility in San Diego.

As you may or may not know, there are several other network-marketing companies promoting and marketing products which claim to reduce emissions and improve gas mileage for gasoline and diesel engines.

Recently a great deal of controversy has arisen, especially since one of those companies was recently given a Cease and Desist order from the Texas Attorney General. Numerous different distributors and others with special interests from each of those other companies have made innuendos, inferences, potential slanderous statements and possibly downright lies, denigrating the product Ethos FR, the company, 4-E Corporation and their owners.

When as a distributor for 4-E Corp you are bombarded with such an attack, unless you are very knowledgeable about the true facts, it is very difficult to defend against it, and it would certainly tend to weaken your confidence and even stop you in your tracks. That is one of the primary reasons 4-E Corp and Ethos FR jointly decided to invite a few top leaders to come to San Diego and meet with them so they could set the record straight and give us the ammunition we all needed to take back to our organizations. I listened very carefully, took lots of notes and could write a report 10 to 20 pages long and bore you all to death. I will, however, provide you the distillation of the huge amount of information we received. First, I would like to give you my bottom-line assessment in a paragraph or two, then I will provide some back up detail for clarification.

1. If you are a 4-E distributor right now and part of our BizBuilder Systems team, time will show that you have made a very wise choice. I believe that because we have made the choice to get involved now in spite of the growing pains and a few bumps along the road, we will all begin to see huge rewards over the next six to 12 months. In my many years of experience in the network marketing industry, I have never seen or been involved with a company that has as much potential for massive growth as 4-E. When you consider the economics of this no-brainer decision, it’s very easy to see why everyone in America will want to buy Ethos FR for their cars, trucks, boats, etc. It’s just a good thing they don’t all know about it today. With $3/gal fuel and just a 10% increase in mileage, every time you spend one dollar to treat 10 gallons, it’s like getting a gallon free or a $3 dollar bill back. Who wouldn’t trade $1 for $3 all day long?

2. Does Ethos FR work? This is the very most important question to ask, for if it doesn’t, nothing else matters. Jerry Schnitzius, General Manager of the San Diego area operation of Allied Waste Services came to the meeting and told us of his company’s experience with Ethos FR. Being a trained mechanic, he said there is no such thing as "a miracle in a can," and it wasn’t until Enrique De Vilmorin’s 7th visit that he consented to allow Enrique to put some of that stuff in one of his trucks. And when he finally did, he made him put it in an old truck that was about ready to go to the junkyard. Ethos FR immediately reduced the opacity (blackness of exhaust smoke) from 80 to 20. Opacity is one of the most important tests on diesel engines in California. Still not convinced, they tested it on more trucks for six months (totally at Ethos FR’s expense) before giving the go ahead to put it in all trucks within Jerry’s operations. Since 2000, the average opacity for the entire fleet, is approximately 10, they won the Earth-Day award in the community for reducing pollution and harmful emissions by 500 tons per year. And most importantly to a huge publicly traded company, they have saved $34 mil lion in fuel consumption in 6 years. The employees now use Ethos in their personal vehicles and Jerry said, "If it doesn’t work, it’s because you don’t use it." They put Ethos FR in the fuel, crankcases and transmissions of all their trucks. The decision has been made to use Ethos FR by Allied in Texas and soon across the nation by all Allied operations. Allied Waste Services the second largest waste management company in the U.S. is currently burning about 2 million gallons of fuel per day. Do you honestly believe they would continue spending millions of dollars per year for a product that doesn’t work?

3. Can they produce and ship it? That’s part of the privilege of joining during the prelaunch, before everything is running smoothly. Unless you have been there personally, it’s difficult to put into perspective what is happening and why it doesn’t happen faster. When Enrique, owner of Ethos FR got together with Dan Chattin, Shane Maguire and Dan Atkinson , owners and executive team of 4-E Corp and made the decision to do business, the 4-E group assured Enrique that they would have at least 4,000 distributors by the end of July. Based on that, Enrique bought a 70,000 square foot building and commenced a "6-month" project to set up a manufacturing, bottling and shipping facility to accommodate fulfillment of product orders for tens of thousands of distributors that would eventually come. Remember, up until then nearly all of their product sales were in 55-gallon drums mostly to governments and large commercial operations such as Allied. They didn’t have modern automated bottling lines, as up until now what few orders they had for 12 and 32 ounce bottles could be manually filled. Well, you know what happened, within just the first six weeks over 36,000 distributors signed up and as of today, there are more than 90,000. Fortunately only 14,000 have activated and ordered product so far. As of Monday, the 12th, Ethos has shipped 7,800 orders and finally are up to bottling and shipping 1,500 cases per day. At that rate, they should be caught up by Friday of this week. Remember, they are still operating from their old plant, filling bottles manually with about 80 employees. Those 80 people filled 89,000 bottles, 19 pallets of product shipped by the semi load at a time through UPS. Incidentally, of 7,800 case shipped, only 317 were damaged by UPS, although to hear some of the rumors, you would have thought all 7,800were smashed and dumped on someone’s living room carpet. Ethos has a team of packaging engineers designing packaging to achieve zero breakage.
This is what I saw in the new 70,000 square foot, $15,000,000 project. Six weeks ago it was a large, spacious and empty building. As I said earlier, this is a 6-month construction project. I saw 6 large 12,500-gallon storage and blending tanks being welded together, two huge automated bottling lines being installed, off ices and training rooms and rest rooms being built. The bottling lines that can each produce 100,000 bottles per eight-hour shift are nearly ready to begin. They have accelerated the completion timetable down to about 90 days. Ethos FR will provide training at this facility for all those interested in large commercial and fleet sales in the near future.

4. Decision to market exclusively through network marketing. Prior to making this decision, Ethos FR was preparing to launch a $25 million national advertising campaign to begin traditional sales through retail outlets. Rather than sell through service stations, automotive stores, Wal-Mart and other retail outlets, they made the decision to sell "Exclusively" through Independent Distributors using network marketing.

5. Product history, development and patents. Mr. Fred Chorney, one of the original inventors of ester-based products began blending esters in 1953 and had a company called U.S Lubric ants. Yes, there was a patent issued about 17 years ago. Mr. Chorney is currently on the payroll of Ethos FR, and because of the current state of the art of the present Ethos product that is way beyond the specifications of the old patent, Ethos FR has zero interest in that patent. And yes, Ethos FR has every right necessary to manufacture and distribute its products without violating any of the claims of that old patent that is now expiring. I heard this directly from the lips of Enrique. Incidentally, corporate counsel for both Ethos FR and 4-E Corp were present to answer specific questions as needed.

6. Miscellaneous. Yes, Enrique received a Ph.D. in economics about 13 years ago. Yes, he attended Harvard and UCLA. And hopefully this report gives you enough solid information to know that Ethos FR is for real and has the distinct potential of being one of the fastest growing and largest network marketing companies ever.

7. Recommended Strategy. You have two choices. Follow the rumor mongers and get involved with those other companies or join 4-E. Assuming you joined 4-E, now you have two more choices. You can join for free now and wait until all the bumps are smoothed out or you can upgrade your position by ordering product now knowing you may still have to wait a few weeks before your product arrives.

8. My Recommendation. Act like your financial life depended on it (because it may) and go as fast as you can and get everyone you know to at least take the free position now to lock in their spot. What you and everyone in your organization do during the next 10 to 30 days could be far more important than what you do during the next 3 years. I absolutely believe we will see 500,000 to 1 million distributors in 4-E within 24 months and we want our share to be in our downline.
People change their minds from one day to the next, but the product has been consistent in it’s performance..

Why is Ethos FR now clear? As explained by Enrique of Ethos Environmental; due to the huge increase in bottled volume. Ethos was able to procure an allocation of the highest quality base ingredients. Our Research Director, who has been with the company since its inception, has blended Ethos Fuel Reformulator with this higher grade base oil and will continue to do so in an effort to produce the highest quality possible.

We realize that many of you have been receiving our email notifications for the 4E conference calls too late. Apparently the quantity of emails going out causes an extended delay that take longer in some cases. Going forward we will be posting call times on the 4E website front page and also in your back office so that you can check for call times in advance.

In regards to the June 28th News Update there are a few clarifications we would like to make to avoid any confusion:

Product Shipments – Product orders will ship from the warehouse within 72 hours via ground transportation for all orders paid by credit card. E-check orders will be processed once the check has been cleared with the bank.

July Promotion – The $49.95 Starter Kit fee is being waived for ALL Preferred Customers who upgrade to a Silver or Gold Level between July 1st and July 15th.

Beginning August 1st, all Starter kits will include the 12oz bottle of Ethos FR™.

Pictures from the San Diego Meeting with several top 4E Distributors and the Ethos warehouse were added to the website under the “News” section along with all of the daily news updates.

Great news everyone; as of today June 29th, the company store now has more product sizes to order. You can now order the following sizes:

Next week on July 4th the 4E office will be closed for the day in celebration of Independence Day.
