According to ABC4 News, Charis has started a new venture called Startup Street (www.startupst.com.). I can't get to the site so I don't know if it's true or not.

Additionally, the courts had previously stated that investors were not allowed to recover funds from their CC companies under the terms of the injunction against 12DP.
