I'm told that this week on Norwegian radio it was stated that Plexpay is still under investigation.

Smile What is actually the charge? Pyramid scheme?

The charge is not pyramid scheme...

The charge is as he has undertaken many millions that he is not obligated to take. He excused him self by explaining that he was going to move the money offshore for business purpose, but if that was the case, he also did that in an illegal way.

All property of PP has been consfiscated during investigaton of the matter aswell an investigation of PP as a illegal investment scheme.

That is what I personally has understod it all.

It can't be long before a decision is made either way.

If so, then our funds should be safe?! Either way, can't do a darn thing about it! But, hope and pray that all will work itself out SOON!

I spoke to the police in Norway in April and they said that they tried to find out they wanted to charge PP for scam or all the members for pyramide playing. I

Have you found out anything else? I just can't believe a pryamid is illegal? But, then again I'm not versed in Norweigan law! Guess it's still just a wait and see situation...

Pyramid is illegal all over. Period!
I am sorry, but I don't think it will be back, and I don't think that the money is safe, because of the illegal way it was invested.
I live in Norway, but good luck to you all. I didn't invest in PP, but in PIPS, and I think they will be back
