ARE YA ALL READY FOR THE TRUTH

I had some fun with the previous post and vented some anger which always helps but seriously here is what I know to be the truth:

I am a member of a large investment group in the US that has over a million invested in SI. I personally have over 40K coming. The head of our group hired an attorney back in May a few weeks before the June payout was suppose to happen. This attorney has been investigating them since May and did not find anything illegal going on but he made preparations to take action against them in case they decided to run but not until our leader gave him the go ahead. After the July 3rd problems he was almost ready to give the go signal to the attorney but after SI responded with the email and set up the special page for wires, E-Gold and E-Bullion he went ahead and requested a wire and after getting a confirmation email was very encouraged that SI was going to pay but when the site went down last Saturday he gave the go ahead and this attorney has moved against them in conjunction with the FBI, the Beleize government and E-Gold. At this time they are only confronting them to see what is going on and to let them know that they must fulfill their obligation to pay on the Special Plan as promised.
Our leader did not want them to take any legal action against them like what happened to PIPS and have the money end up in endless legal battles where we may never see our money for a long time if ever so the plan is to just confront them and see what is going on and let them know that if they do not pay up then they will be prosecuted for fraud. I was told that the attorney has verified that all of the Special Fund money is still there in their account and that he is not going to just ask for our intial investment back but all that is owed us for the 60 days plus the interest that accumulated up till July 3rd. I am in personal contact with this attorney and hope to have more details by tomorrow or Friday. I will keep ya all posted with what I find out. At this time I can not post the name of the attorney without his permission since he is working specifically for our investment group. More to follow later.
