If you read the website it states that there are no refunds, but in your case where you are not able to look beyond yourself and what 10 by 5 goals are (humanitarian aid) i would sooner have you out of here.

The reason we put a matrix in 10 by 5 in the first place was for people such as yourself that cannot help others without saying WHATS IN IT FOR ME (WIFM)

Now I and believe others would appreciate you moving on and let us get on with helping other people less fortunate than us.

Yes, I do it for NOTHING because it costs me NOTHING but my time and as a retired person I have plenty of that.
