THese Attorneys are not doing anything to recover any money. I was reading the Power of Attorney at a website and one thing struck me as being such a big joke -- if you know about this then you will see how utterly stupid this is.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I appoint SCOTT M. HARE and MICHAEL J. BRUZZESE as my true and lawful attorneys for me and in my name, place and stead to make all demands and to institute and prosecute to final judgment, if necessary, one or more lawsuits or other appropriate actions against Alex Polyakov a/k/a Sam Collins t/d/b/a SolidInvestment.com, and all other appropriate Defendants, for all causes of action I may have against these Defendants arising from investments I made with Solid Investment.

They are going after the guy who was running the Jungleventure.com site according to this power of attorney, well he has nothing to do with SI, other than that he stole a copy of SI's certificate and claimed this was his company -- If you know this to be a fact then you can see the stupidity in this Power of Attorney.

Anyway these attorneys are a total waste of time . THey seemed to be really confused from all I have been reading -- their facts are mostly wrong.

ANyway, I am sure that they have been told to cease and desist -- you notice that they quit giving updates.

SI can be very powerful when they want to be ---especially when they are in the right and make money for the people who are supposed to be investigating them.

If SI is planning on paying or already making payments then there is nothing to worry about from any lawyers. This kind of international civil litigation takes years to complete, with many motions to file, discovery, etc etc. So, if SI is legitimate, then this is really a pointless exercise by any attorney.
