If I were him and my servers went down you could rest assured I would establish another email account to communicate with my members. Costs nother to set up a Gmail account.

Look at it this way;
Who else would have SI's email dBase?
How would anyone else know to send me an email regarding SI if they did not know I was an investor?

It would be an attempt in futility for a blatant spammer to try to send emails to the some 400,000,000 people currently on the internet in the of finding those that held SI accounts solely to propagate some elaborate lie.

Just another thought provoking theory.

Actually if anyone from SI creates a free email account anyplace and then uses the SI database to send out emails to members , this would be a breach of SI's agreement with us -- because they would have to copy the database to this free email account.

I had not thought of it in that light, but yes, it would be a breach of their own privacy policy. They would have to move all that info into a server to which they had no real control.

Then also there are few or no email servers who would allow 100,000 emails per day. Then the capability to export the email addresses to that server.

Yes they have closed all ports on the servers at one IP.
Usually this could be a sign that they are setting up the pages --
