Hey all,

Thanks for the update, not expecting much from pips, have moved on I knew when I payed for pips that it was an investment and sometimes it goes good and sometimes it goes bad so I only invested what I could afford to lose. I was also in shared profit and wellspring which I didnt get one cent back when they got taken down by the fbi and sec.
life moves on.

I've got to say it's nice to see everbody on here showing their support for our effort (Ok, TheBat$'s effort!) to keep up with the trial.

Well to todays downtime of our server which is/was attacked by DDOS, we now have under control!

But the funny thing is that, GFF started to mass spam in the same hours to our members (from stolen database by michael shah, when our site went down due to DDOS)about joining their forum.....

Who Ddos attacked us, you can all guess!! Exact same thing happened in Januay, when we were Ddos attacked, several emails were sent to our members to join their forum.. One thing is for sure. People who lives in glass homes, shouldn't through stones... We have all some sort of "Toys for Boy's" in our arsenal. That we do not use such illegal methods to bring down your host, should not be taken as our weakness. If we know how to keep our server running even with the continuing DDOS attack, then you can start considering our capabilities...

I really am heartened to recieve all the thanks for the reporting. I just wished there was more to report back. I was really looking forward for new developments in the case. De s p i t e having a slight cold, I still left on Sunday morning by flight (bought the tickets in April) and arriving in KLIA took a local bus to the train station to catch a train to Seremban.

Arrived somewhere around afternoon and checked in, then Murphy's Law decide to take effect. I had to pay for the room! Yogi had arranged and PAID for the room a month ago. They asked for my creditcard to do a pre-sale and assured me that they will look into the matter. I went to my room. I wished that my trusty digital camera that I've taken along my trips hadn't croaked. I had a disposable camera but didn't want to waste film on trivial shots like room which I would have done with my digital.

It was a good room, I had a mini bar, coffee making facillities, a small TV and a nice bed. It came with a bathtub, good for soaking my tired feet and a shower strong enough to blast any barnacles stuck to my back. Anyway, I was just settling in when the front desk called my room. They wanted to get a confirmation from Yogi blah blah blah, I told them.... Look here, nevermind already. I'll pay for the room. That seem to satisfy them. I called home and ask my bro to PM Yogi. Luckily he was online! He soon set straight the hotel staff!

They were all red faces when I stopped by the frontdesk again. They gave me back my creditcard reciept with apologies.

DAY 1

Woke up at 6am. Got my wardrobe out. Bathed etc. Got my gear ready for the trial. Went down to have breakfast. It was good. I love bacon but ate light. Well it was a nice spread but I didn't want to sleep in court!!! Left for the court at 7.40am

As soon as the court ajourned and that the trial was NOT HAPPENING. I immediately packed up and checked out of the hotel. No sense wasting member's money and my time. I vowed not to take the bus anymore because of the recent spate of grisly crashes but there was no choice. I took a bus because flight would be too expensive seeing that we didn't pre-book.

This send shivers through my spine, its the second time within a period of two months.



My mom was very upset to see it. Here is the news. Just a day after I got back.....

Arrived home the same day, 11.30pm safely. My cold is gone but I am having some problems with stones... yet again (just today). Been drinking lots of water all through the day. Anyways, hope to bring you more news in the future.

I think you need to fly, Batty. It's not a waste of money and these buses look too dangerous.

That is just what I told him on the phone 2 hours after he HAD TO book a coach ticket...and I don't blame him ... for a plane ticket is just not available at short notice with a budget booking.

He prefers to return home ASAP and also, was humbly & honest in trying to save the remaining hotel charges and not lingering around to catch that plane scheduled to depart two days later... this is naturally, a paid in advance and non refundable budget ticket he flew out with.

I have managed to save that other portion of the Hotel with their cooperation and the next time, we shall see how to obtain an open ticket instead...it may cost slightly more, but I too prefer that he travels by air instead... we shall see... we will work out a safe and less worrisome option.

I think when life and ticket price is compared you can say that it's not a waste of money. But I cannot in good conscience spend USD100 or more on a plane ticket! My budget airplane ticket only USD40 to USD50 1 way.

So I have to do what I can. Don't want to sound like I am complaining. If I can't fly I will take a better coach.
