By the way Owen, I still recognize your book as being considered the most factual account as to what may have happened with PIPS according to what others have been saying,however I still have not been able to get it e-mailed to me...(apparently you are not getting my email requests...If you get a chance please send to my email.)

I just reserve my right to Watch as this Trial unfolds ...and I do believe some new info will come out.

No disrespect intended of course with regards to my questions about you banking ties but most of the people who put money into PIPS,including people w/ Financial backrounds,who even did some reasonable Due Dil., had supposedly gone to Malaysia & reviewed trading accounts from Forex traders etc...who Brian supposedly was giving $25,000 -$50,000 at a time too...this was all verified by supposed Veteran Pipsters etc...and Individuals who had gone to PIPS offices there.

I also suppose you believe that all HYIP's that claim to get returns of 1.5% per/day & up are scams & Ponzi's?

I have never myself put $$$ into HYIP but I do believe FOREX has the best chance on a legitimate account that
is leveraged at attaining significant returns with of course significant risk.(Since I do know traders in Forex & also Commodities that do get returns on a consistant basis ...as you may also)

We were Duped into believing there were investment accounts?(I just find it hard to believe money wasn't invested)...

Well call it a state of Denial or Disbelief or just plain Doubt but I can't believe for a minute that this was a complete Ponzi dressed up by Pips Core Businesses,5YearTrust,Real Estate,PICTRUST,Schools in Phillipines,Real Estate,Commercial Property,Bistro eyc...etc...sorry this was too thought out & structured to be a Pure Ponzi.

I don't even believe I ever really heard Gary or Warren state that however I didn't read your book...but if it was a PONZI then Gary participated in it did he not?

Well,I may be out of the loop as far as you are concearned & possibly so, since this was not my entire existance being involved w/ PIP's...I just took a chance and had some hope,as many like myself did,and possibly was misguided or too hopeful...

Well...Your book I wish success too...the People who know the truth...hopefully will get together after the TRIAL an set the record strait with a Compilation of Fact & Timeline & I think that you(Owen )should be the one to put it together and Present the Entire "PIPS Story" at the right time...after the Man(Mr Bryan Marsden)has had his proper Day(or Days) in Court with Witnesses called & Testimony and Factual data & records being brought forth etc...

Then Write "the Mother Lode of a Novel" if you wish and you will probably sell a 1/2 million copies!!!

There should be some good twists in it from now until then, I think so I will be signing off for now and just Watching from the sidelines as I usually do.

I hope some of my rants have been entertaining...but all in good spirit!

Perhaps you'll send that request again. As far as I know, all those I have received have been processed but it does seem that some E-Mails have been dropped somewhere along the way.
Don't know that I'll have time for a sequel -although I must admit that I'm as interested as you in the outcome.

Short term of course 2%/day is viable. I turned £1 into over £2000 by betting on the national lottery. That's a hell of a percentage, but doesn't make it sustainable.

And taking you as the case in point, you may have made 4% for a while but then, as you say, you lost the lot...

That is, of course, why banks cannot generate those sort of returns. Essentially it is not their money they are playing with, it is the depositors.

Regarding your Book file .... I have just received it in the mailbox, thank-you Owen.

I will ponder with open thoughts during my peruse.... for certainty and confirmation surrounding the methods we "thought" were executed as anticipated by PI Inc and whatever there is linked to Bryan's performance as CEO.

The point is, nej, that I failed not because my method was wrong but because I broke my own trading rules.

Ah but that'll always happen, Andy. Something will come along that's a sure thing, so you put on a bit more than you normally would.... only it doesn't work out so now you are down. To make it back again you once more drop a bit more into one deal than you normally would, but lose that, too... and so the circle continues.

If you were able to create 4% per day (were you compounding this, btw? Don't forget Pips was compounded) and knew your mistake, what stopped you from trying again? If you can create this money then I'll happily give you some to invest for me!

I see Auspips members are now being called to a local interview with BNM.

I wonder how long it will be before members in other countries are summoned ?

Be prepared for a long wait, this is not over by long way.
