I for One believe there is much more to this story than has been told or will ever be told.

When there is as much money that is involved....the amount that is being discussed $3 million is just from a specific time and is only a very small amount of money that was in PIPS.(this is meant to confuse & misinform us into believing that was all that is involved here it seems)

This is only what the dollar amount(3 million) charges brought against Bryan & Sharon Marsden as related to Picpay transactions, which appear to be improper,currently are if I understand this properly.

Wake Up people!!! ....You better get your info from more than your local newspaper!!!

Don't buy into what some people would want you to believe for their own reasons & agenda...

The truth(at least part of it) will come out at the TRIAL & this is WHY BRIAN WANTS to GO TO TRIAL!!!

I WOULD HOPE IF YOU OR I were accused of a crime we would get our day in court.The Max sentence is 5 yrs-doesn't sound too serious does it?

I don't know about Malaysian Law but in the USA if 5 yrs was the Maximum sentence a prosecuter could bring against you(I think you can get that by urinating on a tree in a public park while singing Disco songs to Tourists in Iambic Pentameter) then even if you are sentenced for 5 yrs ,you could be out in 2 with good behavior...

To the best of my knowledge, all the facts quoted in the book are accurate.
Information was gathered as it would be for any investigative book, such as my previous one on a banking and investment scam, One Big Fib, which is now being used as a casebook by some of the lawyers at the upcoming trial.
As for buying the book, I suggest you might try some research yourself. I have offered the E-Book in PDF format to members of this forum for some time - if you haven't spotted that, I suggest you do a little reading.
And your question was not answered earlier since I suspect that I am on a slightly different time zone from yourself. Just another bit of research!

You obviously still believe Bryan was telling the truth, yet we now know he lied from the start, so although your argument would be worth listening to if not for the lies, it means nothing since Byran is a confirmed liar, and was from start.

As to your issue about 5 years is nothing, it would be on each count, and by the time this is all done, there will be hundreds of counts they way it looks now. It is one thing to do one illegal transaction, it is entirely another when there are 70+, each carrying the up to 5 year prison term and fines.

The only lie I want to believe from Bryan is when he said he has nothing left when arraigned, I hope that is not true, but then again, this is probably the only time he has ever told the truth. Sad to think some people still believe in Bryan, but you are only fooling yourself, so read Owen's book and see for yourself how it connects a few more dots in scam.

The truth is when you set up a Corporation "You" dont own any of the assets,the Corporation does-When Bryan states he does not have anything left is the most basic forms of Defense in Asset Protection which teaches to get everything out of your name.I know since I am in that field & we swt up a number of Corporate Structures to do this exactly.

Do you really think Bryan didn't take the nessesary steps toshelter that money(laughing.......) please don't think people are ignorant....Brayan is an intelligent man regardless of people who want to "Demonize" him now.

This does not make what he did right & I am not saying that I believe what I am hearing from either side -What I am saying is I don't think we have the "Whole Story" that is all....It will come out at the trial -That is th way it is supposed to!

Don't underestimate Bryan-it just isn't as simple as people want to believe & we will see..

I guess the % of truth you wish to gauge lies within the depth of your perception to facts and also to the understanding of just how much you truly grasp and had experienced with the debacle surrounding PI Inc as a whole and not forgetting the public statements from the podium that BM made during his tour of tales that are more lies than truth as it now turns out...

I wouldn't really see the need to give %figure myself as that would be putting words into your mind...when a book is meant to offer you an alternate perspective whether you believe the contents as projected or completely laugh it off as nonsense...

Time will tell & truth be revealed and perhaps thanks to the Malaysian courts for proving most speculations and die-hards their right from wrongs someday soon!

Once again the point should be made that the current charges against the Marsden's do not relate to Pips as a company. The Marsdens are charged personally with money laundering, which involved transfers from Pips accounts to their own personal accounts. Bank Negara are still investigating the company matters.

I am someone who never received a penny from Pips & Put some of my personal Funds in their Loan Account with hopes of a Return.

I would like my initial money that I put up returned(as everone should want)& more ...however the Messengers here say it is all gone & it was basically never there it seems...

(and yes I have an International Ofshore Corporation that is Legitimate & set up & running if the Company can't or won't DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN INDIVIDUALS for obvious reasons)

We already deal w/ a Forex Co. that is getting great returns but you have to have an offshore Corp in order to invest with them for their own reasons they have decided this is a criteria for doing business with them.
