32 weeks, 4 days, 7 hours, and 12 minutes
To receive it once it's mailed, about 2 weeks to Nova Scotia (Canada) by snail mail. To get it approved and released, about 4 months for my last one, 7 months and counting for the next. I received my last one in May for a 13th of January withdrawal.
I think they could send cheques more quickly but they don't want them to get too far ahead of wire transfers (just my opinion).
