FYI it is not my fund at all, it is the RC Trial coverage Fund that was created to cover costs on Batty's frontline assessment on the Marsdens Trial. I now have to retrace on the claim you made and looked up with the past threads and yes, you donated in the C Group #60, sometime around August 2007. But my expectation was awaiting on yr last claim and rather than you focus and responded on that, you chose rather in avoiding/failing to provide the proof of yr recent or 2nd donation claim but instead, have a sneaky pock shot with this opportunity at me... well good for you.

Sleep well and stay out... thank you for your earlier donation and support assumed but after this, you will not be welcomed to the HDG list and for posting a deliberate and false claim using reference to PayPal (Transaction ID : Paypal # 84449709256825828) with a fraudulent transfer quote and number... you will be banned for this.

Fortunately, we can now respectfully confirm, the trial has not deferred and if you will, please read several of the posts that goes back to September to have a clear follow up of when it resumed since October. I leave the details for your reading.

To all others who finally decided to return from being away so long, we advise and recommend you read up somewhat, its good to do just that and its the only way to catch up so you know what you are reading on, no need to ask or post around and you'll be the wiser on the coming events, the scheduled trial dates as Batty updates us, thanks to his will, with time devoted to this cause and support shown & given by our committed group of Donors and now Honorary Donors as a dedicated Group.

When your donation was thankfully received, which we appreciate the gesture of support, you subsequently received a response email sent to your respective email address, the one that accompanied with the PayPal account. Further to that, you were informed and pointed to the thread regarding updates on all the coverage on the Trial as from then... i.e. as of the coming and to be held on the next Febr. trial.
Anything before that, you can find posted within this thread in the earlier posts (recommended once again) which I shall leave that part and time to your discretion as a choice you decide on.

I then can assume, you may have ignored heeding the advise to read up from this link you were given in that email to you. Or you would not have raised this question about email updates.

We treat "every" member equally with regards to gestures & support with donation received to help cover the Trial costs.

We have our unfortunate experience to deal with "members within" who have other agendas too despite donating in the past and esp. thinking, that to donate with a minimum sum or even lesser, they have and felt entitled to the right for a feedback and also cause costly & disruptive mischief in the background (we shall spare you the details here). Well, that is now answered with a decisive set of implementations since which has proven effective in curbing this spate of nuisance lot and we are now in a more secure zone which "devoted and serious donors prefer and appreciate maintaining" to uphold this privilege access on the trial feedbacks... aka the HDG list if you will for the safe flow of updates by direct email after every trial since Oct 09th, 2008.

If you wish to be in the list, you are again advised to heed the recommendation you were informed in that email response but you can also understand why you need to follow up like the rest who are now in the HDG list.

For newcomers reading all these... and you have no clue what are being exchanged here, and esp. if you are not ever involved with the PIPS scenario one bit, DON'T POST or meddle yrself with any queries... and for those who were somehow, you are advised to do your reading first & foremost as DD in all the preceding posts from the beginning of this thread and don't post a repeated issue when it is already addressed earlier... or you'll find yrself ignored and if you retaliate with more uncalled and absurd posts for being ignored, you will then find yrself sanctioned or ban for being regarded as trolling in this Forum.

I have just received a PM and I think it is interesting to note and share what was asked and replied for it affects all involved for sure to some degree.

Its been a while sinec I visited the forum here. Is there any hope I'll get my money back from PIPs? If you have any info that would be great. My wife had to have brain surgery & we got crushed with her out of work. Now it looks like the tumor is back & I really need extra cash just to keep the lights on. If you have ANY news it would mean a lot.

Hi & welcome back.

I'm sorry to hear your wife's job loss and more urgent need to tend to her surgery as top priority.

The q'n really is, HOW long more and when it does wrap up, just who are in the front line?? That can be considered for the disbursement (of what is left) after immediate shareholders or creditors made their case for claim and is approved by the BN who will by then with the State monetary authorities, decide at or on whatever amount after every case by case, gets scrutinized and eventually qualify for refund or disbursement.... imho.

There is the other alternative as option and this I am sure, is not easily forgotten or written off either by those in the waiting on how the trial ends to further determine the chances of continuing with a separate prosecution at the Marsdens in other courts/countries for more claims that can be brought under judicial legislation of a respective country or location that can also make claim to the remaining money that may still float elsewhere where the Malaysian authorities have no power to get their hands on.

Having said that, this is with reference to the many more who have lost "plenty" of money and would not let up on the opportunity when the Marsdens trial is completely closed and settled in Malaysia.

Then follows the other option again, where I hope for you, like many out there, were "NEVER" involved in coercing or helping to convert PicPay into real cash to help newcomers sign up into PIPs... coz you will or for those involved in such, stand a possible chance of being dragged into court for conspiring to help scam on behalf of the Marsdens... however debatable this contention can be viewed... it is certainly, not something to be regarded lightly as a joke by those who will pick and scrape from whoever that did this to them....to join PIPs operated by PI Inc/BM.

Hence, if you were a victim by this very nature then, you could be considering this option too on the chap who "talked" you into it and taking in your real cash from or through your Bank's withdrawal and conveniently/subsequently exchanged in lieu with PicPay to sign you in speedily... albeit on that $450 account or much more.

All these developments does take time for sure and its not in months.... but it will surely go on longer even if it takes another 5 to 8 years for the duration needed so long as the Marsdens live on and after being release from Malaysian custody/detention or call what you will while the records are still made available with the cooperation of the Malaysian authorities as they have the bulk of most documents currently used as evidence for the trial.

I'm sorry to post a long and gloomy picture about the potential outcome but looking at current developments with scam-related cases and those that are charged with it... the standards of today against scam artists (Madoff being the record Mother of them ALL Ponzi Scams...) now applied simply gets increased and stringent to help minimize and/or to curb such scam artists from getting away easily...

Visit the threads and post your thoughts here more often, I'm sure others would like to share and relate to your outcome too.
It also helps to ease the stress and trauma you both have to go through all these while....
When, if at all a payout/disbursement shall take place, is as good a guess as anyone else being .... I really have no idea. I'm still looking at GINS which is already wrapped up but nothing so far in sight with our money for disbursement! ....

Update

We will remove the option on the Liberty Reserve account. It truly is not a helpful currency as it will only incur costs related to conversion and all the hassle down that road and most who are involved with PIPs will by now realized, once bitten twice shy in getting anymore involved with E-Currencies... this does not mean many more still insist on making money would do away completely on this option on the Net. The Trial and Battys running costs are met only with real cash, not E-currencies.

The trial is soon to be held and looking at the events unfold from the Nov case, this coming date in the week 09 will be something to keep close watch on.

Yes, developments are gradually emerging and facts turn reality... speculations are simply turning for the truth but we are far from over with the trial.

Batty is preparing and his health is improving if not, stable from careful rest he was advised to adhere and I plead to him to stretch out if and whenever necessary once he is on his way to the Courts.

We have sufficient funds for the moment to cover this trial and thats a relief, thanks to adequate donations reaching us and always in good time.

We are indebted to our dedicated donors who now are listed in the Honorary Donor Group and with the current strength, we can rely on their donations and their wishes as well that they remain privilege to the Trial Feedback when made ready and available from Batty's coverage.

We can always allow more ex-Pipsters wanting to join us... no one is actually deprived of the eligibility... we only accept a member who abides the process and qualify the criteria laid down... which is rather straight forward and effective to deter the undesirables who are only out for disrupting our efforts with their cheap shots and mindless involvement without paying careful attention on what is required to adhere to be listed.

The minimum sum of the stipulated amount at $10 dollars is meant only for our HDG listed members. Its obviously logical, given their devotion and serious dedication for supporting the cause. They have proven their will with sums that were very much appreciated in the past andthey still continue to do so.

If you have never donated, or you had once before during the times when E-Gold was accepted, and after the new implementations were put into effect as from Oct 07th 2008 while you had not donated since then and you wish to be listed with the Group, you are advised and recommended to donate at least in the region of $30. Use PayPal only, thank you.

Any amount below the $25 will be welcome nevertheless and your donation added to the Fund as support but you won't qualify for the HDG list if you fail to meet this basic requirement.

Once you are in the Group, you can then donate whenever we ask of you, the minimum sum of $10.

Trial feedbacks will be emailed to our donors listed in the Group. This coming trial WILL NOT be published like we had done so for the Oct and Nov 2008 trials.

We have "ägain" just received yr email demanding and pressing your rights to having updated, when it is not even available (resulting from your ignorance and disregard on earlier posts on this forum thread) but you continue to sound as if you are listed within the HDG.

Well, YOU ARE NOT and with the amount you supposedly thought would make all the difference by a minimum sum (btw, that minimal sum is expected and meant for regular, committed Donors only and YOU ARE currently not one and NOT in the HDG list as yet).

Your donation using GBP has now got us wondering and perhaps to elude us as one of the many Aussie core cheerleaders and also perhaps, from the then disbanded Auspips Forum that are NOT truly supportive or you may belong to a small band of rather hostile members towards ROLClub.... but yes, you got through with a simple, minimal sum and this again, by your deliberate disregard of the new rulings (after adequate recommendations emailed to you and mentioned again repeatedly in this Forum) we set to distinguish the core support Donors from the elusive and troubling members bent on getting into the HDG List and further create problems for us all....

Well Rwaite, we will not regret losing you after this. It will be you that will regret at your contempt and foolish maneuver you thought you could outsmart us... well, you almost succeed.

You will be refunded within 24 hours if not sooner, count on that and you won't be receiving any updates when the trial resumes early next week which only HDG listed Donors will be receiving.

We thought we had rid off the worry and the last of the few remaining members that we suspect are and have been a troubling lot, but we are mistaken.... but thanks to the strict and yet, simple, stringent criteria laid out that could innocently uncover & deter the ones we want to have no part with in our privilege emailing updates meant only for those listed in the Honorary Donors Group.

We will cease exchanging back & forth on this as records have shown, Rwaite is regularly on this forum (yes, we can see the dates, time and duration as Admins) and though this thread is rather long, time is on his hands to do his DD and adhere after carefully following like the many who did and had no single issue failing to comply... with the exception of those that are being mischievous with their donation claims and so forth...

Here is a quick update...

Batty has informed us about the unexpected, certainly unannounced cabby strike at the airport that is absent from the national media which he somehow got round to learning it soon after having found a cab for the next ride to the hotel which is just over an hour's drive.

Many domestic trepidations remain unsettling, mostly are politically related and remain quite unstable like in the State of Perak but it has its ripples across the country nevertheless.

He is alright after the long drive and near aggro ride with his cab-driver s p e wing his rants and global situations on unfair incomes involving cabby concerns and other splittings of their earnings etc... between airport monopoly, middleman (huh?... middleman gets involved too???) and unstable politics to almost not wanting to drive Batty out of the airport to the hotel destination ... It was just too much to bear for it was almost mind blowing to absorb this other guy's social discontent which caused a bad headache throughout that cab ride...

Alright, the trial is soon, a matter of hours away from my side as well but we'll soon know more when the trial resume.
All HDG listed Donors will be updated through their email and there will be added info regarding the current status to take note on...

So keep an eye out on the default email that we (only HDG members) have been staying "connected" in the coming 36 hours.
