Let's analyse this post.
1. You say you were reprimanded for saying that RC should be getting trial info directly from Malaysia.
2. You say you lurk here for info I suppose even though you have contacts in Malaysia
3. And can get WHATEVER info you DESIRE regarding the trial
4. Yogi is egocentric
5. Support the Bat is a scam, gleaming nickel and dimes from the poor.
My rebuttal.
1. When Admin asked for volunteers, did you? Since you have contacts in Malaysia.
2. How come I never see them coming to trial?
3. What have your sources TOLD you so far?
4. Yogi is ego-centric? I've met him personally and I don't think so... BUT you do.
5. FYI Yogi does all the tracking of the HDG and more and he does it free of charge.
I assure you Mr., I am no scam. I bust my butt to go to trial while my family is at home making do without me and now my mum is sick (recovering), it's even harder for me to leave her. Why would I be interested scamming nickel and dimes from poor members? I delivered the news when we were in the dark, didn't I?
I gave updates on the Marsden's health, lawyers and more. Did your contacts EVER get you anything? I am sure the nickels and dimes contributed for my efforts were worth it as far as the contributers are concerned. Without a shadow of a doubt, I have proven my worth. I do what I do on my time and RC initiative supported by willing memebers.
In conclusion, if you don't like what we're doing here don't stop by or lurk. God willing, I will be there to watch and report everything, and everything I shall report so he will not escape justice whatever the outcome maybe. I know there are people who don't want us to be there reporting the Marsden every move for all to know.
TheBat$ - looking forward to May.

I am sorry we still have to put up with the likes and mindless members that still tries to take a quick rant & with their utter best in expressing the innocuous feelings boiling within them... on us as a whole while also singling individuals with baseless suspicions from their own warped delusions!!!
It is because of Admin's open policy and free entry for any visiting members to be allowed in that we continue the current path that remains a forum pillar subjected to vile outbursts from either divide concerning the Marsdens Trial.
We just have and will continue to withstand these "sour-grapes" who should instead be united for a common front to seek what we all want to seek, the truth, rather than speculations we had just about heard enough but no, they make it more aggravating with uncalled postings and derogatory assumptions.
Batty has been swallowing literally and physically, from pains at both his commitment on our behalf while walking uneasily as well within his own health environment to his own personal endurance from some recent drawbacks on his family side, it adds more pain to read from such postings that are truly uncalled and above all, completely out of context and truth.
We will do what can be achieved and to minimize such future postings by those who think a cheap and callous post is something they thought was easy entertainment for their humor.... well, say what they think they want to but it won't be welcome anymore.
Post it elsewhere if you will, if it helps to clear one's chest from the pollution of poison rants one accumulates... but not in our forum anymore!
Posting in order to share your thoughts and experiences you suffered and towards the trial that has so far taken place is always welcome for discussion.
There will be no copy pasting of extracts from the trial coverage that remains exclusive for the HDGers... to be included or posted within one's post but discussion with references to it are allowed.
All HDG members have shown full cooperation since and we appreciate this VERY much indeed. Thank you again for heeding our advise on this.
The Admins.

The coming May Trial
To ALL members currently listed in the HDG
This is a much needed announcement and if you will, a heads UP for those among you that needs to read the following on what is deemed VERY necessary in order to stay updated with the coming May Trial coverage... and of course, beyond that for as long as the closure has yet to end or be in sight for satisfaction.
The following pointers apply to YOU, and you may be unsure or you will want to know by emailing me ASAP to be extra sure or simply, ignore this email for it does NOT apply as you are by your recent donation(s) made, you are "up to date" with your commitment as a supportive HDGer.
Since the trial resuming in September on the Marsdens and again in November 2008, donations have been received to cover the next trial in February 2009 and with that, some have not donated since October 2008 itself.
Well, we have had somewhat sufficient funds accumulated to cover and seen stretched until the February trial this year and we are again, now approaching the May trials with a degree of funds that may erode dramatically this time if those I now refer to (no names will be mentioned, so yr privacy is always respected on this) do not help donate, will not be receiving any updates from the May trial.
Should that happen, and after the release of the coverage, no donation funds have been received, you will and unfortunately as well, be taken off the list.
If you do donate after the coverage is already distributed among valid HDG listed members, you will qualify for the next scheduled trial coverage.
Asking or demanding for the May Trial coverage because you have at the last moment or being late with a supportive donation means, you are adding extra load work and time that could have been circumvented by donating way before this coming May. So please do donate ASAP to stay on the HDG list.
I won't spend extra time & energy to respond individually at every new request on this for your part in failing to this timely reminder to help donate before May 1st if you can...please!
As you know, now that you are a HDGer, your minimum is only $11,50. This is the advantage on being listed after being approved with your email permission granted to us.
Those who had promptly donated soon after receiving the February Trial coverage, our sincere thanks as always and you have no need to regard this announcement with concern or worries.
Those who are unsure of your status, just visit >>: this RC thread Fund link and scroll down to post #10 which reveals the Donation Group H .
If you are not in the 1st 50 donors who have supported with a donation in the latest listing, means, you stand a very good chance of NOT receiving the next coverage this May.
Those who have been remaining outstanding with their generous sums donating their support... you need not worry on this either.
In conclusion, if we have to remove you from the HDG list and you decide to return again in the later future with a helpful donation to revive support, we welcome you always but you have to understand, by that time, your re-entry is as good as any other new supporter who will then have to donate a minimum of $30 or equivalent to the currency you are in that is not in US Dollars.
I shall be posting this announcement in the Forum thread>>: Click HERE to visit the Forum.
Incidentally, in view of the difficulties facing Batty, it becomes more challenging to have him sacrificed his "other" commitment (which I will not elaborate here) after a traumatic encounter within his beloved circle that we have to find adequate compensation to cover his time being away on our behalf to have the coverage sustained with success. The funds we have gathered so far is NEVER enough... just about adequate only... so please, help the funding with your kind and timely donation as well and THANK YOU for the time and support as always with the coverage... its made successful because of YOU ALL thus far!!!
This is another new reminder for ALL concerned, as from the May Trial coverage that you receive, you are required to return (reciprocate) with an email confirming receipt of the coverage. This is to help us track effectively as well, that it has indeed reached you so, please take note on this new cooperation requested from you.
Thank you and have a fine week(s) ahead until the May Trial.
The Admins.

I have always said we should compensate Batty for the time and effort he puts in for all of us. I, m sure such a demonstration of support would raise his appreciation above and beyond the dust on his wear feet and secure a little security for his family whilst away on our behalf.
I shall be forwarding my own contribution very shortly.
Be safe and be well Batty, and thank you.
