First and foremost, the reason for the long detention lay in the error or poor choice of defence attorney on the part of the Marsden. Coupled with the fact of the then ongoing case of the murdered Mongolian woman who had links with certain higher up people didn't help them. But to have picked own their defence lawyer, who was also the defence lawyer for the suspects in the other trial was pure hillarity.

Proving that the universe has a sense of humour, it was downhill from then on as their lawyer couldn't make it to trial whilst the first Judge was promoted to high court or something to the effect, if I remembered. I then came to know they had a farewell party for him as, I called to get a court date and NOBODY was there except one fellow who was on the way there. LOL.

So, the case was passed to the next judge, who conveniently took leave to attend a course which caused me grief of coming to an empty court. Then BNM started its own case in Kuala Lumpur, ensuing was the left hand doesn't know what the right hand was doing scenario. Doing the same thing over again as in Seremban. This saw BM and SM dragged to KL as well as coming to trial in Seremban.

Still, their problem was representation. Their lawyer whom I nickname Mr. Moviestar had also frequently asked for postponement. With no money forthcoming and the other case proving much better for his business i.e. free advertistment via newspapers. BM and SM were left in the lurch. After a tearful outburst in Seremban Sessions court, they were referred to Legal Aid. A lawyer was assigned but he also passed the case on to their current lawyer.

Three years had passed! The new lawyers got into gear and the trial moves for the first time. Questions remain, why didn't BM contact the British Embassy? Where are the other directors of the company? Where are the Key staffs? Where is the King and high powered Ministers that BM claims to know? Hopefully we will know more.

SM's family must have profitted and I heard another same surname member mentioned during the testimony of the Companies Commision deposition. That's why they're staying away leaving them in the pit as coming forward they would be subjected to investigation too. Rather one suffer and the rest...

The courts in Malaysia are backlogged as you have seen in my reports. No wonder that the case can get buried under piles of paperwork for ages. God forbid if they do get granted bail, we would see the last of them. Bail now set at about RM400,000 each and their passport are with the courts. Knowing their new lawyers, they will move for a mistrial. It looks that way to me. the DPP better have an ace up his sleeve.

That's what happened in a nutshell.

Thanks Batty, I have overlooked that higher probability regarding family ties "NOT" willing to be dragged into the pit... too much at stake for their own self interests to lift a finger or lend an extra Ringgit!!! Unless & somehow, for all it takes is an overcast shadow that remain hidden and it gets spotted resulting being subpoenered to the bench to provide facts or evidence...

Now, who would be willing under the current state of financial & domestic demise in Malaysia??? Too much back stabbing among politicians and fat income earners that are all feeling the Ringgit-rub robbing away their finances.... neither would anyone wishes to be brought into the fray and face potential detention with the Marsdens who are and may possibly be breaking detention records with Malaysian Custody Laws without being officially charged & sentenced as yet.

I never received the eMail requesting donations and have only just seen this post. Since the eGold account quoted is now no longer operational, where do we send donations?

It has been quite some time since we last left where the donation trail through E-Gold had ceased being accepted. The only way to be inform as of then and to stay abreast in any forums, is to return back to the related threads like with this and follow up often.

yr q'n is equally interesting for it holds two parts basically.

The earlier history with yr involvement as far as yr initial loan (invest as we were led to believe) is concerned , has stopped dead in its tracks when PIPs and BM was caught up by the Malaysian Authorities.

Regarding "end", that in particular is as sure as "DONE" and over. But what with the $$$ that's gone somewhere if it did and waiting to be returned or legally disbursed...???

That is what we ALL would certainly like to know for sure... for some, not necessarilly an impedement requirement but most will like to have a satisfactory closure after knowing the full facts leading to it, I am very sure of that.

TQ for yr email which I will reply (I have stopped with others as its more time consuming to do so when the answers are already mentioned if you truly heeded the advise stated further below within yr post.) after this just for you as this one time being the second response, since you did receive a similar thank you for yr donation with a similar recommendation which you chose to ignore, apparently as it appears obvious... it is then something no one will force you to do otherwise, its a free world we live in.

I looked up to trace yr donation and found it, here it was in Group G listing>>>: #60- Oriente22(#0N7441581A654363T) ~~~~~~~~ R > $9,31 by PP


In short, you did not abide the minimum requirement as yr 1st time in donating or even if you did donate before with E-Gold, since that time, for this is regarded as yr 1st time as far as our new shake-up of the funding is concerned. This reply is not going to discuss WHY or WHAT and HOW all this came about... you need to read a lot of posts in the Forum for you will then come to know the answer... I'm not using my time to help educate nor explain in this mail to you. It could get lengthy and even with yr minimum donation given, I'm doing it as an "unpaid" service here and the amount won't even or ever will come close to my hourly fee with services rendered elsewhere in another professional business trade.


So, please read and understand as others have done and had realised thereafter what they misunderstood or failed to abide and comprehend with the new criteria to become eligible and then, be accepted into the HDG list. You are very far away from it unfortunately... but if you had heeded promptly then, when you first received our thank you confirmation, you would have done fine.


Anyone who doesn't or showed no effort or bothered to do so... we become skeptical about their donation... we say this without any hesitation or reservation, for we have good reasons to feel & respond in this way.


We take no sides, we have nothing personal against anyone albeit you being a supporter of BM or an extreme anti PI Inc with the Marsdens included.... whatever...! We currently focus on one objective only and that is to concentrate on the coverage with adequate funding. We will not spend extra time anymore disputing our position with anyone distracting this goal with issues that are already explained and can be found in the Forum.

Since receiving those copies that Paddy had kindly provided, i have as yet not heard nor received further exchange from the chap that sought for it.

I shall keep it for another 6 months and delete or returned to Paddy for I have no need to store it any longer thereafter.
