A good suspect & potential assumption shared and bewildered by many pondering on their PIPs or PicPay $$$s if you will, as to where they all are???

Nonetheless, speculate on it is natural to go down that path and what we now should hope at best is their good treatment where it stands to be "humane" in those Malaysian prison conditions and that they pull through "intact" and in one whole piece with answers everyone is looking out and waiting patiently for..... eventually.

I am a firm believer in Bryan and think he was set up by persons un-named. If the prosecution can't make a case after three years, they never will.

Hello. Long time. Been years since I've been here. I would say "I can't believe there would be such long lasting fascination with PIPS" but in fact I can believe it, sad though it is.

I see some of the same old operators are still greasing this wheel. As for the rest, really, you are all wasting your time here! There never was and never will be any money left over from this obvious Ponzi scheme. I speak as one who spoke up long before any arrests, when doing so was trying to stop a flock of lemmings spurred on by Iranian-style thuggery of the written variety.

The Marsdens are reaping what they sewed and will continue to do so. Those who profited from PIPs are co-scammers. "When will they ever learn?" Never!

This whole site is for the foolish and those who prey upon them. Leave and don't look back!

No doubt, this is all but over as far as ever seeing a dime owed to hundreds of thousands, but given there still has been no trial, just a few hearings, short and sweet, and back to jail, this is interesting to see how the legal system works in other countries. Sure is amazing from my perspective that you would still be in jail without trial, no way that would happen in U.S., or you would be set free if unreasonable delay to bring to trial, so I think that is only reason people are still hanging on, not for the hope of any money being returned for this almost never happens.

In the news recently about a company akin to PIPS taken down. This tells us one thing, as long as there's so called easy money to be made, people will blindly invest. It was offering 3% returns per month compared to the banks which offer 3% per annum!!!!

I am really concerned about the AH1N1 as it has spread to Seremban. I must be careful and make sure I don't come down with it or comeback with it as my mother is still recovering. Thinking of ways to counter this potential threat.

Hopefully the members out there are safe where they are. AS usual, the Rolclub Admins and Mods will fill get you the news about the trial. Keep safe.

It is a scary thought and it still daunts on many I know who travels or passes that route where Seremban lies between Singapore, Johor state and all the way to Penang where Batty is.

If there is enough vaccin and is now available to those who can afford it out of dire necessity (mainly with biz travellers), let me know soon.
Otherwise, I won't recommend such a risk for you and your family whilst it remains unsafe to voluntarilly travel into a known risk region.

As we now know, Madoff has the record sentence laid down with little compassion noted or heard from those attending the sentence today... and with many who could submit their feedbacks, not a single reference was expressed that referred ongoing cases similar to Pips or the trial on BM.
This could mean, the full extent of the Marsdens plight and all account holders who lost with their money to Bryan, has yet to be made known on a global scale... a good sign or not a good indication???

I wonder what Bryan will now think of their odds or chances if he gets to read the papers in the prison?

Could this also be a sample to apply for the Malaysian Authorities as precedent to hand down a similar sentence, perhaps far less I'm sure but if there is a point to prove that one or two individuals took their lives as a result sometime back... it may be considered unfavorably too for the Marsdens esp. Bryan.

I have spoken to Batty and am rather concerned about the Health and Welfare undertaken by their own current Minister overlooking the Swine epidemic that's now gradually gripping the southern part of the mainland. Yes, smack in the capital and surroundings... esp when you land in there thru the national airport where most flights do.

Nothing is decided as yet but August is drawing close. When and what will be decided, we will share it on what is undertaken. Thanks for your patience too as I hold my breath on this.

I still don't quite understand something. The millions of dollars the Malaysian government seized has to be growing at some type of banking institution. Who if anybody is aware of what they did with the money they seized?
