I am hoping for an exception, but in my experience with such programs there is usually no refund to be made once it gets to this point. Like Dreamer posted above, there may not be anything left. Where that last 7 million or so dollars that was invested just before the closure went is anybody's guess.

IMO definitely there is no money left, not in Malaysia anyway. I remember all Malaysians were paid on time, but this stopped a few months before the arrests. They were starting to delay payments, cancelled checks, etc.

This is now emerging... from you and I'm sure, many more thousands were unaware, except for the immediate Malaysian account holders, that these revelation you now disclose, had indeed taken place.

Thank you, it made alot more sense to think about it deeper...

Many answers are still sought and will need to be clarified, hopefully with the candor of the court's fairness, free from speculations and especially, free from corruption on filtering away the seized sums that may amount to several millions, the truth may emerge eventually.

Please Bryan Marsden and his wife will be dead and die of old age in there cells before,this thing ever gets to trial. Whos kidding who, there will or is no money left in PIPS, what Marsden didnt steal or use,the corupt governments will , its over lets stop beating a dead horse, and end this thread once and for all. That may be an option that most will not think or believe, will occur but yes, its a probability however, this thread is not about that nor beating a dead vision and besides, the horse, or part of it, is still alive and its not about beating him or her either.

The thread has as well, nothing to do in "dangling about with carrots" but to be kept inform of what is ongoing and anyone who simply wishes not to follow or be in the least concern... has a choice to make & take...

We won't impose nor urge... its up to the individual to decide. Esp. when its far from over, ppl do want to know how it ends and where the money finally lands into...

Very interesting statement Peter. Especially since it was quite clear
about the legalities of this in Malaysia.
I missed a few details here and there. This may have to do
with the many gallons of water that have passed under the bridge over the years...or maybe it is an old age thingy!
